This is my second time using Skylux and have been very happy both times. I prefer to fly business or first class and the prices are crazy. I just booked 2 tickets 3 weeks out for a European vacation in the middle of summer with several stops and saved several thousand dollars. Nolan was a great help.

This is my second time experiencing SKYLUX Travel, and working with my travel consultant Martin N. The first time was great, it felt like the experience was too good to be true, I was nervous, however my fears were laid to rest once my I was able to confirm my bookings.

Customer service and resolution is horrible. Have had to call many times for mistakes, took ages to get answers from agents. Had a flight credit and it was applied to much lower fare. In addition, was given coach for one leg of the flight. Agent ignored our last request for a proper resolution. Will never use this company again.

My agent Fletcher was very knowledgeable and patient. He worked at getting me the best deal and he was able to answer all my questions.

As a frequent flyer and part of the Million Miler club on a couple different carriers I had never used a travel agent, in 25 years. With the cost of tickets I utilized SkyLux as they were recommended by a friend. I had them price out two separate trips. The first was competitive with a ticket I had on hold on an airline I frequently fly to Asia. The cost difference was not significant enough for me to fly on an airline that I couldn't accrue miles/status on. The second ticket, was 50% less than I could find through my standard channels. Maverick, was very patient with me as I'm a bit of a princess when it comes to traveling, especially with my wife. That said, the experience, so far, has been seamless. And it's taken care of. Thank you Maverick.

Smooth and stress free. On the negative side all the email specials that were emailed to me were for business advertised from price a lot cheaper then I booked for.

I loved working with my concierge, she was fast, she understood my requirements and gave me relevant options that made it easy to take decisions. Once I gave the ok, she managed all the hotel bookings for my trip! I felt like I got the best deals and great locations, I'm so glad I tried SkyLux!

Agent spent more than an hour checking various options and sending them to me via email so that I could see them in print. I believe that my itinery meets my needs at a reasonable price.

Booked through Sébastien was very knowledgeable and accommodating, only problem is seating assignments Sébastien state would email me seating chart which I have not received, I went on British air for seating and there was a up charge so I called Sébastien back left message, called twice after and was hung up on, called skylux direct line spoke with another agent who said sebestien will call back in 30 mins still haven't heard from him yet, will give full review at end I'm hoping to give a 5 star
