The amount of time between placing the order and it actually being shipped was too long. I would expect it to be shipped the same day or the following day, not days later.

My order was delivered on the day specified. The shipping carton was damaged and torn, but the dolly I ordered was in good shape and I'm very pleased with it.

Due to a airplane crash on I-285 in Atlanta on Friday 8th, the package was unable to be delivered (USPS didn't deliver any packages in my street). I was furious, because when I tracked it, it says it was delivered 2:45pm Friday 8th, which was completely false. My carrier brought it on Saturday 9th afternoon.

Excellent customer service. A good organization aiming to provide excellent product delivery and service to customers, based on my interaction with their people.

I have style D belts in my plane and for all others the extenders atr about 60$ but mine are $120 not fair but it is what it is I weigh 150 lbs so when s big guy wants to ride I have to slide seats all the way back so I found the extender but cost same as 2 of any other for something I will never use

Delivery time was longer than I expected but the delay was probably due to the bad snow storm on the East Coast.

Good to work with, BUT. It took four shipments to receive my order. I was not happy paying for postage to ship four boxes do not use my name for reviews.

Shipping and handling charges seem to be high for the small shipment I received. Shipping added almost an additional 50% to the order and that was the least expensive shipping method.

My order was processed and received in a very timely manner. Happy with the product delivered. Wouldn't hesitate to shop with this company again in the future.

Well organized site; disappointed my item was backordered. Communication was often - a welcome tactic. Delivery actually was earlier than the initial estimates.

Order was quick and easy and product received was exactly as ordered. Shipping cost seemed a little high and the span of time between ordering and shipment was a little longer than expected.
