The amount of time between placing the order and it actually being shipped was too long. I would expect it to be shipped the same day or the following day, not days later.

There was a misunderstanding about the ship date of the order because I had misread some information. I filled out the survey reflecting this overlooked information which put the ship date beyond the date I needed the product to complete a job. A representative responded by e-mail explained the oversight and offered a partial shipment. OUTSTANDING, their willing to respond with a partial order is saving the day. This is making the task at hand much easier.
I AM most grateful they were willing to respond in a manor that enable us to finish our job more easily.

Due to a airplane crash on I-285 in Atlanta on Friday 8th, the package was unable to be delivered (USPS didn't deliver any packages in my street). I was furious, because when I tracked it, it says it was delivered 2:45pm Friday 8th, which was completely false. My carrier brought it on Saturday 9th afternoon.

I have style D belts in my plane and for all others the extenders atr about 60$ but mine are $120 not fair but it is what it is I weigh 150 lbs so when s big guy wants to ride I have to slide seats all the way back so I found the extender but cost same as 2 of any other for something I will never use

Shipping and handling charges seem to be high for the small shipment I received. Shipping added almost an additional 50% to the order and that was the least expensive shipping method.
