When I placed an order it said that the order will ship in 7 days. But then it kept on being delayed... As of now the order is still on back order for 3rd Month already. Horrible delivery

I received a substitute part.
In the comments section of the order I specifically said "no substitutes".
My comments on the order were apparently ignored.
