When I placed an order it said that the order will ship in 7 days. But then it kept on being delayed... As of now the order is still on back order for 3rd Month already. Horrible delivery

I ordered a part you indicated was in stock.
I received a substitute part.
In the comments section of the order I specifically said "no substitutes".
My comments on the order were apparently ignored.

Order shipping delayed until the back ordered parts were available. Could have split the items and shipped what was available immediately followed by the back ordered items.

Your site would not accept my Promo Code. I have two codes, one for a 7% discount and the other for a $5 discount. Your site would not accept either code.

1 SKYGEEK PUT THE FREIGHT INTO THE INVOICE THAT I HAVE TO PAY IMPORT TAX EVEN FOR THE FREIGHT.
2 WHEN I ASKED SOME QUESTIONS, THEIR ANSWERS WERE JUST ROUTINE. I FEEL THEY HAD NO WISHED TO SOLVE MY PROBLEM,JUST HAD TO ANSWER.

Was overall very satisfied with purchase. Order was well-documented with order status communicated every step of the way. Product ordered was product received.

I am withholding final assessment until I get order corrected apparently due to my mistake of ordering black instead of clear RTV.
