Very easy transaction, but the shopping cart feature wasn't working well on the iPad. I had no problem when checking out on the Mac though. Liked the reasonable shipping cost via USPS too.

It said there was a 5% discount that would be applied at checkout and it never got applied. Otherwise things were ok, just feel a little cheated. If you don't honor it, don't offer it.

The product I purchased was for a 30 year old set of ear protectors made by a company in Massachusetts. The replacement rubber and foam was a perfect fit. Price was reasonable and acceptable.

Due to my location in the Great State of Hawaii on the Garden Isle Kauai the freight is absolutely HORRIBLE! The cost of business in paradise!
