The product arrived as ordered

The product arrived as ordered. It took a week to actually ship the product from Skygeek and the Fed Ex Smartpost is definitely slow. My order made it from New York to Utah in 3 days and then sat in Utah for a week until it was delivered to me in California via US Mail.

However, overall it is what I ordered and the shipping method I chose so I can't complain too much!

Good experience will likely come back again for future projects. Normally purchase hardware from Aircraft Spruce or Wick's Aircraft supply but Skygeek seems like a very competitive option.

On a Friday at noon, we developed an immediate need for sealant.
I found the sealant on the skygeek website and called customer service to find out about the possibility of getting sealant that fast.
She was very helpful and told me how to find the shipping options I needed.
SEALANT ARRIVED SATURDAY AS PROMISED!

Tried to order a part on their web site, but the credit card info would not go through. Called and spoke to a pleasant person that took the order over the phone. She wanted me to pay an additional $10 to ship the $20 part the same day, even though it was 9:30 in the morning and the part was in stock. She said they try to ship the same day but the extra money would insure that it goes out. I told her that I would have faith that they would ship it out anyway. That was a mistake. They did not ship it the same day, or the next two days. I called to cancel this on the 4th business day, but the said it was picked up by UPS and they would send me the tracking number. I told her that it was probably still on their bench but she said no. Of course, after 2:30 they sent the tracking number for the part that UPS was picking up the following day.
If they want an extra 40% for their product, then just charge more. Don't falsely state that you "make every attempt to get all stock orders shipped each day. However, we don't always make it. If we don't get your order out the day it was placed, it will ship the next business day." This is simply not true.

Had a lot of trouble getting hold of customer service. They did not respond to e mail or phone messages. I had a Craig cad issue a silly resolved once I finally got jet on the phone!

Very good

Very good - did not receive one of the certs ordered with product. Had to open a ticket. It took 3 days to receive. Seems this should have been resolved more quickly if it had to happen at all.

Great seller
February 2, 2015

Great seller. Product arrived on time and packaged well. I had a hard time finding this grease on line. It is for my Springfield Armory M1A ( M14) Rifle. The same grease that the Army required troops to use back when I was a Paratrooper in the 82ND AIRBORNE DIVISION. ( 1960 - 1963)

Very simple
May 9, 2015

Very simple. Your description of this power supply doesn't tell that it replaces the edc-5b so I do hope it will work on my Yaesu ft-idr. The edc-5b looks similiar but the plug is smaller on id and won't allow it to plug in radio. The sdd-13 plug should be 4mm... Thanks and hope it works. I did purchase because of price and your's was the best. Yes your sight is very simple to use. Vernon LaWSON

A very good product, but a little expensive when you add in the shipping which turn out to be 25% of the cost. If I can find this product locally, the sales tax would be only about 8% of the cost.

I would suggest better packaging

I would suggest better packaging. The power unit was loose in the box which caused wear to the front switch and face of the unit. Otherwise, a positive experience.
