VERY USER FRIENDLY SITE.
WILL USE AGAIN.
BATTERIES CAME IN DEFECTIVE BUT SKYGEEK WAS VERY QUICK TO SEND ME OUT A REPLACEMENT AT NO CHARGE.
I CALL THAT GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!
VERY PLEASED WITH THE WAY SKYGEEK HANDLED MY SITUATION.

A little complicated, but we got past it, I think.

The only problem was that, in order to avoid paying NY State Sales Tax, we had to have shipped to our NH office, then do an extra shipment down to our NY warehouse for shipment to our overseas customer.

Competitive pricing for international shipments

Competitive pricing for international shipments.
The UK Post Office did sting me a $12 charge for handling the customs fee but overall was still a fairly good deal.
Would use SkyGeek again.

I was AOG and needed a part overnight

I was AOG and needed a part overnight. SkyGeek had the best price, and the best overnight shipping price I could find. I was concerned because I didn't get a tracking number the day of ordering, and was grounded waiting for the part. Online tracking on the website just said "order pending" so I called, and was unable to reach a person, but left a voicemail. I was worried; but then I recieved a call back, they had checked with the supplier and confirmed it was shipped. I still didn't get tracking info until the morning of delivery.
Overall, SkyGeek had the best price and delivered it overnight and I was back in the air on my way home the next morning.

Received products with about half their shelf life expired. I noticed in the fine print that you do not guarantee shelf life.

I will not be buying any more from you.

Specifications of products mention the flight bag fits a standard headset. However my standard headset does NOT fit, contacted Skygeek and they mentioned a 10% re-stocking fee plus return shipping would be on me.

BUYER BEWARE, Company is a fraud and mis-advertises their products.

Fed Ex delivery is substandard. We were home but package left on porch in the rain.
