I received my order in a timely manner and it was just what they advertised

It has been over 1 month from the time I placed the ordered and I am still waiting on shipping for the second item Goodrich 74-451-11 A-56-BR-1 De-Ice Boot Edge Sealer - 1/2 Pint, I call and talked to your support team to request an update. Asked for a follow up email from person that I talked to and never even received that. Was told issues were with hazmat shipment.

Website OK, have an issue when I tried to both email and call you. No one gets me back. All communication I tried to do was in reference to buying an item on your site so they are related.

I ordered products April 1st, told they would be shipping APril 16th. Since then, every few days i receive a new email with a new ship date (April 14th, April 18th, April 28th, now May 9th). I am not impressed with this as we ordered based on the fact that it would ship within 2 weeks of ordering. This is beyond frustrating.

Sky Geek is the BEST! I receive my charts right on time and never have to worry about them. When I need/want other aviation products, I always purchase from Sky Geek. As it says, "Real Humans available" I LOVE this vendor. They ship quickly and I never hesitate to recommend them to friends and students of mine. As a CFIAIM, it is important to me to steer my clients in the right direction, Sky Geek.

Item was advertised as Made in USA. It was Made in Korea. I bought the Made in USA item, instead of another item that cost less by about $10, because it was Made in USA. Seller offered to refund after I pointed out the problem with seller's ad, but I decided not worth the hassle.

Its not a bad review - I am just unlikely to recommend anyone else to buy the product of plexiglas cleaner from the seller - I don't know anyone but myself who needs it! Thanks -

Order was received sooner than expected, and everything ordered was there. Simple, easy, quick, and correct! I will definitely be buying from them again.

We tried to pay by Paypal, but couldn't get a finish on it, so called your customer service, hoping for some help in making the buy, but who ever answered was no help at all.
