Good product, but smaller than expected. Child's hat barely fit 6 yo. Did not contact sky geek because did not have time to exchange and worried adult size would be too large.

Don't buy light bulbs unless you really understand the sizes. Not a rookie, but made the mistake. I don't know what country these will even work in and I've been to most.

When placing order, I did not see information informing me the two items were being delivered separately. Not a big deal, but knowing in advance would have avoided a little confusion.

Plenty of shipping options but when selected constant error messages come up. It took about 10 minutes just to select my order to be placed in a envelope to ship out.

My order was delayed because of snow storm!

The last time I ordered the water testers, they had an expiration date within three months of receipt (March 2016). I'd like to make sure we get the testers that don't have such a short shelf life.

And i found this product at Skygeek, the real RTV162 with red markings, it is hard to find this version in european union that's why i bought it from your website!

There was a delay because it was out of stock that had arrival after paint was applied. Made mil gauges redundant. I'm ready for the next time though!

Ordered turbine oil which was received promptly. Have not used it yet so no information on satisfaction with the oil but am expecting that it will perform well.

I feel the shipping charge was outrageous. I ordered two felt grease seals that weigh less than a tenth ounce and was charged over $8.00 to mail USPS.

The price of the item, a set of cable adapters, was very attractive. Not very costly, but much less than from other well-known vendors.
I will keep you folks in mind for future purchases.

Easy - I assume the warehouse was moving or some other issue because it took a week plus just to get the order prepared to ship. No big deal but that's why the rating.
