I have ******* views of one of my reviews apparently... but only one upvote? This dont seem right... not sure i trust this site. Also they censor numbers...
If you do, they will display your real name to everyone else at sitejabber in your profile's url, and there's no way to change that other than completely getting rid of your account and starting anew on a new Google account that you didn't put your real name on. You can change your nickname, but your real name will still show in the url.

I like this site. I only read reviews here. The site helps you make the right choice. Before buying a product I read reviews on Sitejabber
Thank you for leaving us a review, Lara!
I just wrote a review for JM Bullion and then accepted the cookies agreement from sitejabber.com and then it automatically brought to this page and said (Welcome Linda) well, I'm not Linda! I don't know what happened, but this is very bothersome. I will continue to follow up with sitejabber.com to hopefully get this corrected. "Sorry Linda for writing a review from your profile" By the way my name is Pete.
Hi there, we apologize for the apparent mix up. Can you please shoot us a message at sayhello@sitejabber.com with further details, including your name and account email address. We look forward to making things right.
Site Jabber asked me to leave my date of birth. So that my review would look more legit. They refused to let me leave my date of birth.
Hi Ceylin. We do ask for (optional) birthdates using a date picker, so if the format doesn’t match up, you may see an error message. We apologize for the inconvenience and misunderstanding. If you have additional concerns, please reach out to sayhello@sitejabber.com. We’re happy to help.
Fake reviews all over this site. No credibility, they don't screen reviews. Trash website, stole my information and sold it on the dark web. DO NOT SIGN UP
Hi John. We take the privacy of our reviewers’ personal information very seriously – you can learn more at sitejabber.com/terms. Review authenticity is also of paramount interest to us, and we have multiple layers in place to prevent any unauthentic reviews. Sometimes unauthentic reviews may still come through, but they’re thoroughly investigated and resolved. You can learn more about our vetting process at https://www.sitejabber.com/faq#fake.

Wanted to do a quick review but this website SITEJABBER makes it difficult. Go to another review site if you want an easy tie to do an honest review
Hey Michael, we’re sorry to hear you weren’t able to submit a review. Can you share more details about your experience at sayhello@sitejabber.com? We’re happy to help get the review submitted. We look forward to hearing from you.
...until I had an experience with an actual scam website - MBenzGram.com. Trustpilot picked up on them posting a bunch of fake reviews, where they have a 2.2 star average and a warning label. On SiteJabber, the scam website has 4.35 stars and tons and tons of fake reviews that there seems to be no way to report or have taken down. Now I realize that TrustPilot is better.
Hey Ken, thanks for bringing this to our attention. This particular business does use verified review collection methods, but we will certainly have our compliance team investigate further.
A great Website. You can access it with a google or any browser. This is really helpful.
I Highly recommend this. It can help you on yourself.
Hi there Pia, thank you for taking your time to write a review and sharing your experience.
I like this site, but they won't let you write 2 separate reviews for 1 site. I posted a review about Google, but now I have a new complaint but I don't want my first review replaced. I think you should be able to write 2, 3, 4, 5 reviews about 1site. New complaints arise especially on Google. But ok sitejabber whatever you're rules but I think that rule SUCKS
Hey Erin, you can submit multiple reviews. Select “Submit Update” option instead of the “Edit” option. You can reach out to us at sayhello@sitejabber.com if you need any assistance
I have spent an hour trying to post a review. I entered everything to substantiate my purchase including the order number. Sitejabber wanted me to sign in. Apparently I'd written a review there before. They sent me a temporary password which they REFUSED TO RECOGNIZE OR ACCEPT. They then attempted to force me to complete a profile which inluded all types of personal data, including my photograph and date of birth. I have no intention of providing everything they want. They are not entitled to it. As a result I am unable to warn other consumers about the product I purchased and had a legitimate problem with.
Hi there, we take the privacy of our reviewers’ personal information very seriously – you can learn more at sitejabber.com/terms and sitejabber.com/privacy. We do have several layers in place in our efforts to prevent fake reviews and spam/bot accounts. Providing personal information such as your birthdate, however, is completely optional. If you have further concerns please reach out to us at sayhello@sitejabber.com
I came here to look at reviews for apartments.com. What I found is ads for bitcoin and reviews for the apartments themselves, not apartments.com.
With half the reviews not being relevant the rating is useless
Hey Gregg, thanks for bringing this to our attention. We understand that fake reviews are a huge concern. In fact, the more popular the review platform, the more it attracts fraudulent reviews – and sadly, every prominent review platform is dealing with this. Sitejabber has a dedicated, live moderation team that assesses reported reviews. We also rely on our community to flag suspicious content, so we encourage you to report any fraudulent reviews you come by. We have passed this information along to be investigated.
If site jabber is all about honest reviews, then why do they have an influencer program? Influencers are PAID to influence or change someone's decision. I'm starting to wonder how "honest" this site really is.
Hi James, we do work with influencers to an extent. We understand influencers may get a bad rep, however, we only work with influencers who agree to give honest, balanced feedback – with no bias towards the positive ones. Authentic reviews are at the heart of what we do, whether from influencers or everyday people.
Most of reviewer are whiners and disgruntled people who come just to complain.
There is incentive for millions of normal people to come to write reviews.
Hi Krzysiek. To allow for full transparency, we don't prevent reviewers from leaving negative feedback. That being said, Sitejabber doesn’t spotlight negative reviews over positive ones either.
Are there any websites you like? What about websites you hate? Do you ever go golfing in the nude? Well, if so, Sitejabber might be right for you!
If you ever wanted to share your opinion with others on how much you like or dislike a webby, Sitejabber is a good way to do it. I'm not sure exactly how well-known the webby is, but I'm sure more people have heard of them than the sheila you kissed in the third grade behind the bleachers that will deny it to this day.
So give the page a gander and share your knowledge or disdain for other websites.
Thank you for sharing your experience with us, Amber-Beth! We've got your back. :)
Please search for this website to know more how can help you and saved money I'm so thankful to know more about this website.

Thanks for the review, Nicole :)
