Terrible business

Still awaiting my goods. Took the money ok. No I would not advise you to purchase from them. You email and email and no body responds to you that 5 days now

OKAY BUT HARD TO RETURN

Website: amazing aesthetic and homepage. The individual product pages are super helpful with sizing because they have the model's measurements and what size they are wearing in the picture. They let you know how to purchase sizes for an oversized look.

Shipping: chose standard shipping (which was $10), arrived from UK to US in 2 days!

Product: ADULTHOOD Sweatshirt
- fuzzy, soft
- not embroidered! Just printed

Returns: they do not have free returns. Returning internationally costs a lot, so the cheapest option is to pick their negotiated DHL fee of $22 to return it (will be deducted from your refund).

Was a customer of Sisters and Seekers since 2019, but since then the business has gone downhill, I suggest firing your current customer care manager Rakaya and hiring new customer agents too. From friendly support and small growing business, to overpriced instagram shop with rude customer care. The fact that you only have 2.9 start on Trustpilot honestly doesn't surprise me. I ordered a skirt which has arrived with a clear fault, scratched fabric and a visible mark on s white skirt, I emailed customer care support immediately upon receiving it with pics attached asking for a return/refund or an exchange, the response I received was shocking, it was basically "we're sorry you received an item with a slight mark, follow our care instructions to wash it and we can give you 20% of the refund back" slight mark? There shouldn't be a mark in the first place as I as a customer paid for this NEW item and expect it to have no faults but calling it a "slight mark" is unprofessional, could just say that you're sorry to hear I have received a faulty item which would have been more appropriate and professional. Obviously, as I clearly asked for a return with a refund or an exchange and received such response telling me to wash it I was furious, as this is not the right approach to customers, so then I got a response from their customer care manager Rakaya, unprofessionally lecturing me, a customer on my language and giving me paragraph lectures on tolerance and respect like some first grade teacher telling me that she will not respond to me anymore as I used abusive language, when all I did was used the f and s**t words due to anger to their terrible response. I find it truly unprofessional as she had no right to speak to me this way as I am a customer. And if I would have wanted a used item with a mark I could go to second hand, but if I order a skirt for 40 euros I expect it to not have any faults! Disrespectful and terrible experience.
