Everything was great except a sheet of stickers i ordered were a wadded up mess some were peeled off the sheet. If not for that it would be five star the gearbox brace makes my ol 2nd gen feel almost new driving down the road

I purchased a pair of blue EGR coolers for my 2010 F350. They fit perfectly and look great. Sinister Diesel's customer service is awesome! I called to check if I could possibly pick them up at their location versus waiting for shipping. The woman on the phone was extremely nice and helpful. She did what she could to track down actual timing for it and even looked into alternative coolers that would work, just to see if there was a faster lead time. Ended up that I just waited for the ones I ordered but I really appreciated the extra effort to look into options! Don't get customer service like that these days! Thank you!

Never had such a bad service. Work before with AFE power, Mishimoto and Banks never had a problem like that

I ordered orings and they came within a couple days in a nice sealed packaging easy to find on the website highly recommendedfor anyone looking sor anything for their trucks

I have a 2016 duramax, I originally bought a 5" to 8" exhaust tip. Well I measured my exhaust and it was 4inch so I had to call and speak with customer service. That was probably the icing on the cake. They were very help and got me my product with-in a couple of extra days. Next time I will measure.

I also ordered the Fuel cap. It looks amazing even though I ordered the green. Felt if I ordered the blue my wife would put regular gas in my truck.

The parts came wrapped very well everything ordered was contained in the box. The install was super simple but I can see how a person with zero mechanical ability would struggle. Need a little more instruction in the installation booklet. Parts fit perfectly and look great.

Ordered my solutions kit, next day as I was broke down. UPS lost my shipment but still arrived within reason, but damaged. Contacted Sinister and they expedited me another so that I could get my truck back together and headed on my way. A+++
