Sinister Diesel

I purchased a pair of blue EGR coolers for my 2010 F350. They fit perfectly and look great. Sinister Diesel's customer service is awesome! I called to check if I could possibly pick them up at their location versus waiting for shipping. The woman on the phone was extremely nice and helpful. She did what she could to track down actual timing for it and even looked into alternative coolers that would work, just to see if there was a faster lead time. Ended up that I just waited for the ones I ordered but I really appreciated the extra effort to look into options! Don't get customer service like that these days! Thank you!

Everything was great except a sheet of stickers i ordered were a wadded up mess some were peeled off the sheet. If not for that it would be five star the gearbox brace makes my ol 2nd gen feel almost new driving down the road

I have a 2016 duramax, I originally bought a 5" to 8" exhaust tip. Well I measured my exhaust and it was 4inch so I had to call and speak with customer service. That was probably the icing on the cake. They were very help and got me my product with-in a couple of extra days. Next time I will measure.

I also ordered the Fuel cap. It looks amazing even though I ordered the green. Felt if I ordered the blue my wife would put regular gas in my truck.

Easy search bars easy navigation. I despise computers and online shopping. I will usually use in store service to order my parts they don't carry. This was simple. Ordered ebp sensor, pigtail and blue spring upgrade for fuel all fit like a charm. Seem to be working as well.

I purchased a 250 amp Sinister Diesel alternator that only lasted 8 months after it was installed. Even though it was past the purchase date not the installation date they were willing to make it right. Now after them sending me 4 wrong alternators. They don't know what to do so I'm playing the waiting game. The old style alternator is no longer available and the new style will not work on a 2007 Chevy Duramax Lt classic. The owner said he will make it right. So will see.

Had a couple problems with parts and that were fast to fix for me with no problems will keep getting parts untill done it looks great and runs better than ever

Ordered my solutions kit, next day as I was broke down. UPS lost my shipment but still arrived within reason, but damaged. Contacted Sinister and they expedited me another so that I could get my truck back together and headed on my way. A+++

I called Sinister with a technical question regarding a How to: repair on my 05 GMC Duramax Primer pump assembly. They recommended new O-Rings and shipped them to me without charge. No questions asked and very friendly both in Warranty and Technical dept's

I recently ordered a muffler to my truck and on my address of the order I had a typo in which caused the order to not be shipped so I contacted them and they got it fixed and shipped in a day great help I wasn't expecting it to come that fast
