Sincere Sally

I placed an order at the end of January and paid for express shipping in hopes of getting it for Valentines day. It took a week before I received any sort of tracking information, which showed that my order wasn't shipped within 24 hours as their website claims, but rather a week after. From there, it took another 2 weeks and multiple emails before I got another update which shows just that USPS is still waiting for my package. It's now been a month and ZERO changes to the shipment status. I've sent 10 emails over the span of 2 and a half weeks and still have not received any response. My order is either lost or they never truly shipped it. Either way, they took my money and I have nothing.

I'm going to write a legit review here to save some from buying this nonsense! I got a necklace, and earrings that came damaged already, without mention the POOR quality of the product, you can literally find the items for not more than $20-25 in maybe Amazon. They are jacking off the prices, making you believe that if you post a picture with their cheap and vulnerable products they will tag you in their page. Save your money for something better and don't be like me. Ahh and their return and exchange policies makes it even worse. They only offer store credit if eligible, I mean what a joke, and NO REFUNDS my friends. Save yourself from this. My honest review to you all.

I've been approached by different companies to be an ambassador, but I decided to accept to work with Sincere Sally because of their values, their beautiful creations and support for a good cause! I'm always looking forward to help the environment in any way I can. These gorgeous pieces of jewelry are unique in style and in how they are made. Sourcing sustainable materials and creating a healthier environment for the workers that mine and cut the materials, whilst providing work and better income to the workers and families. I am in love with the details in the designs, I know that I have something different and beautiful. They have amazing customer service and take great care to their customers, which builds a rapport between customer and business.

The website is very user friendly, i love their designs and i ordered a gold bracelet with a green stone.
I believe their jewelry are gold plated, i shower wearing it and looks as good as when i purchase it. The stone isn't good quality tho, thats the only thing that threw me off. My wrist is small for the bracelet since I hooked it in the first chain and dances a lot.

I have never been so impressed by how beautiful and high quality the jewelry I received from Sincere Sally was. My necklace was absolutely stunning and shiny and the person who sold me the jewelry was absolutely amazing, kind and very patient. I highly recommend getting these decent priced earrings and necklaces and etc. because they are definitely worth it!

Just received my order I made a month ago. Shipping was quite delayed- but i understand that the current virus has caused a lot of issues. I am really happy with the dress i bought and it is very similar to the photos on their website. I really trust this brand and have been an ambassador of theirs for 2 years now.

As soon as I took out my earrings and put them on. I could feel the weight of the jewelry in my hand which let's me know the product is real, lol! Also the detail in the earrings are so vivid and pretty. I can literally wear these to a formal event or a Shawn Mendes concert. You guys have got to buy!

This is a SCAM. Ridiculously over priced items and cheap quality clothes.
They are NOT looking for Ambassadors just Stupid enough people that will buy their clothes. Supposedly they give you a "discounted" price as an ambassador but you typically end up paying what a piece of clothing would usually cost.

This company is NOT from Australia but from china. It explains why the cheap quality clothes.

This is their Marketing technique to get people to buy and I can't believe I fell for this stupidity.
Then they tell you you can't get your money back on discounted items! Great way to F** people over.

I finally found jewelry that is exactly my taste and style! Is it so luxurious but also so affordable! It's such great quality and I cannot wait to order more of their products!

My daughter is actually very happy with the Margarita Collection you have. The rings are sturdy but they are not overly heavy. The gold colour has great shine and reflects objects like a mirror. The rings don't get caught in hair or clothing. My daughter has been wearing them for a week and there were no skin reactions of any kind and no loss or change of the colour of the pieces. She's very happy with this set of gold fashion rings and recommends it.

I really like the way their pieces look on me and the quality is very good for the price. I recommend this brand. The ring came shiny & ready to wear. The necklace and bracelet look all lovely! I love pairing it with different outfits. It's held up well for the first few wears with no tarnishing or other defects! Highly recommend this jewellery brand!
