It came knotted and tangled. Then it broke
While trying to get it untangled, not worth the money.

I bought some dresses but one of them was delivered, the rest was lost. Ericka from customer service has helped me with my order. She is super fast with responding to my email. Thanks to her, I appreciate her work and I was satisfied with the solution of my order.

Sincere Sally is nothing but straight up scammers. Provided 2 USPS numbers. One went to another state, the other was fake. No product received. Found literally the same items on ebay for for less than 80% of what this store charged. Had to file a dispute with my credit card to get the charge reversed. "Customer Service" is an absolute joke. All robotic, not real people and no phone number to call. SCAMMERS ALL THE WAY!

Do NOT spend your money here. They are scammers and selling cheaply made clothes. Attempting to get in contact with their corporate office because this is completely unacceptable.

Tracking was not processed when order was shipped. Got in contact with Ericka from Sincere Sally customer service and she couldn't have been more helpful. Extremely quick replies was sorted out so quickly. Was given the date that it would be delivered. Couldn't be more thankful for the amazing and helpful customer service!

I had a lot of issues with delayed delivery due to COVID but the customer service team was really helpful and kept me updated every step of the way. My parcel finally arrived and I am very impressed with the quality and fit of the clothes I bought.
