The company is a complete scam. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY! The quality of the clothing is horrible, you do not get the same product advertised on the site. The clothing a very cheap, and cheaply made! The company advertises that they are Australian when they are Chinese!

I placed an order for a pair of earring in october, never received anything. I received a tracking link in chinese ( so much for being ethically sourced.) and the tracking stopped after few days, I reached out by mail, thourgh insta etc... They were always using an annoying "over friendly " tone, calling me "babe" and "honey" ( so unprofessional), at first they blame they pandemic... one month passed, 2 month passed then 3, 4, 5, 6. They simply stopped answering my emails or my insta messages, they refused to refund me and they actually blocked me from the account as I was commenting on all pictures that this was a scam, to warn people to not buy...
The item that I bought was supposed to be gold, now 6 month later, the price has doubled and the description too, now it's only gold plates steel...
To my biggest suprised, today after 6 months, they unblocked me from intsa and said they send me an express package, which i actually received. I cant belive it, after 6 month i was convinced i would never received anything. This morning I did received the earring and I can tell you, I could have bought something similar at H&M for far less money. SO DO NOT BUY. Their marketing is great, their web site is very tempting but nothing is real, they are neither Sincere, or Ethically sourced or anything like that and the quality sucks... such a waste of time and money
