No confirmation email. I emailed them after 2 weeks to find out what was happening. No courtesy email to check my script - made the lenses with virtually no prescription - like looking through plain glass! $250 glasses I cannot use.
What about customer service & business ethics, Linda & Cindy?

Wife and I went in in Dec 2017, purchased new glasses and also put new lenses in old frames. Awesome service, very experienced Opticians. They even replaced the nose pads on my older glasses. These folks have been in business for years and the service shows. Also the Lab is onsite, no mailing away to fill your lens and frame prescription. The creation of your new glasses takes place about 50 feet from where your order is taken.
Anyway, that my 2 cents. I am not a fake, paid review. This is real as it get folks!
I have used this Company many times over the past several years. I bring in my own frames and they put quality lenses in them. This Company has a very knowledgeable and efficient staff. One one occasion, they corrected a mistake my optometrist made and gave me new lenses at no cost. This is a company that operates in Florida and you're only dealing with American workers. I would highly recommend using them for all your eyeglass/sunglasses needs.
If I could review them lower I would. I ordered my glasses last month and its been 30 days passed and I have not seen my purchase come through in the mail as promised. I don't know what's going on with this company but I regret dealing with them in the first place. I wonder if their using my info for fraud. Seriously, don't waste your time with this low brow business- you'll be waiting forever and damn pissed in the end.
As for all these positive reviews, I'm pretty sure they're all faked. Sadly, I'm honestly going through the same route as these one star reporters. Don't get stuck in the same headache position.

We purchased glasses there which were affordable and decent quality with one of the more expensive anti-reflective coatings. Two to three years later, the coating was peeling off and incredibly difficult to see through. Having had glasses for over 20 years, I've never experienced anything like this.
Apparently, this was a fluke and we were eventually able to have the lenses replaced at a discounted rate.
I have had the most excellent care from Simplyeyeglasses.com. Everyone that i have dealt with on my 6 purchases has been intelligent, friendly and so kind! They care about getting your glasses exactly as you want them. You hear in this country that service is dead! Well it is alive and well at Simplyeyeglasses.com! Please try this company! You will be amazed at the high end level of service and their prices have everyone beat!
I see a few mixed reviews below, and I just don't get it. I purchased two very different pairs of glasses and lenses. One pair had more complexity, even further challenged because we are doing this all virtually. Cindy was beyond attentive, patient, gracious and helpful. I even believe that she had to fix something, but she never made that visible to me... it was just something I sensed. She put the customer first, and I now have TWO quality products, and I get compliments on both pairs of glasses all the time. I would definitely go back.
Would not order from this company. The website is outdated. Things have changed people we are in 2015. Very limited brands and from other reviews, it doesn't look like they provide good customer service. So off to Framesdirect.com I go.

I ordered a pair of frames from them and they arrived with a broken temple, it looks like someone else bought them, broke them and then returned them, then Simply. Eyeglasses turned around and sold them to me. When I emailed them about this they took days to respond, and then asked me to mail them back to them at my own expense. These are not expensive frames and the shipping and hassle makes it not really even worth it. I'd honestly avoid this company.
I have ordered my second pair from them within the 3 years and as the first I am very satisfied. On my first pair I was going for the lightest lens and customer service upon reviewing my prescription got in contact with me and advise me that I did not need the more expensive lens type because of my prescription, so that saved me money. The prescription and my frames came out perfect both times and I will be ordering from them again.
I received my glasses and I am very happy with how great they look. The customer service is wonderful. I am a very happy customer and would recommend this to anyone looking for quality glasses. Never going anywhere else. You guys are the best!
Prices are very good, quality is very good. I am very happy with the customer service. They are very nice and friendly. My insurance did not refund me for my glasses due to nonsense reasons. The customer service helped me get the documents needed to got my money back. Highly recommended for the price, quality and service.

I have ordered lenses and complete eyeglasses from them and have been satisfied with the service. Last week I noticed a problem with sunglasses I ordered 14 months ago. They finish was wrinkled like a homemade car window tinting. I explained the issue and was told that was out of warranty. I was offered a coupon but did not receive one with the email. The lack of care was what burns me. They didnt call to get more info or to voice concern over the defect. I realize they have a warrany period, but the lack of concern tells me that this type of tinting defect is to be expected in their products. I have Rx glasses whose tinting is as clear as it was 12 or 15 years ago. My eyes have not changed but now I need a new exam to buy replacement glasses... it wont be with SimplyEyeglasses.com
Worst experience I have ever had buying eyeglasses. Ordered them on 5/11 didn't receive them till 6/9. Emailed the company then spoke with the so called owner on the phone. Needless to say she was of no help. She had no problem raising her voice at me while on the phone but she couldn't keep her promise on the delivery date. The glasses that I received are awful... the left lens has writing on it. When you hold them up to the light you can see some sort of etching on the left lens. Horrible company and horrible customer service. DO NOT GET GLASSES FORM THIS COMPANY!

I own an existing pair of Titan-flex glasses that are now discontinued but need new temples. I called Customer Service at Simply Eyeglasses to check availability of any models with similar temples. Nothing appeared available in their on-line system, but "super star" customer service representative Cindy was very persistent in making many calls to various suppliers and tracked down a pair for me. I have never experienced such a dedicated and positive customer service representative who did everything humanly possible to help me out. Cindy is an angel with excellent people skills, and a terrific example of a great customer service ambassador at Simply Eyeglasses!
Ordered a frame that was "In Stock"... still waiting 12 days later. Finally received an email that her frame was sent out. Wonder how long it is going to be before we actually receive it... Terrible communication. Would not recommend to anyone!
This is a great resource for eyeglasses... as long as you don't work with some moron named Linda. At first she was all smiles and promises. The moment we hit a bump in the order she disappeared, and when she DID answer my emails, it was as if she was answering the wrong email because she obviously didn't read a word of what I wrote.
HOWEVER! After I unloaded that weak link and started working with someone named MaryAnn... it was sunshine and lollypops.
Got my glasses yesterday. Look great. Fit great. MaryAnn expedited the order because Linda screwed it up so badly. I feel kind of privileged to have gotten them 4 days after MaryAnn fixed my order. Thank you MaryAnn!
I have ordered 4 pairs of glasses from these folks over the course of the last three years. The prices are very reasonable. I typically call my orders in as I like to chat with a sales associate first. The sales staff doesn't push allot of expensive add-ons which is nice. I give 4 stars only because they tend to be a bit slow in terms of getting the order out. It usally takes 5-10 days and I think this could be done faster. From what I could gather, they have to order the frames in and then send it to a lab to have the lenses done. I don't have beef with that-but it does slow things down a bit. Other than the time, I have always been satisfied and will continue to order glasses from them.
Found the frames I *******@Target, then found my savings at simplyeyeglasses, went back to tgt to negotiate a better price given they offer online price matching! Target bogus offer. Complete refusal! Ordered and received in 12 days. Had to mark the corrected bifocal line and send back for a redo. Another twelve day plus 5.15 click n ship postage to resend. I could not be happier with my glasses, my deal was the best. Now if I can find sun shades I would definately use simply eyeglasses again!
