Do NOT order anything from this scammy website. I had my doubts, and went against my better judgment. BIG MISTAKE. They issued a refund for products that were never sent, and then cancelled it before it cleared my account. Too much competition out there for *actual products and customer service. I reported them to the Canadian Fraud Centre as that is where their server is based. Online operating as "Jawbone Shop." Just STAY AWAY.

Everything is shipped from china

Warning this is a company says things will be shipped promptly, i am still waiting then i found out that the it was coming from China. I would never have ordered if I knew, no where does it state that the item is coming from a different country and you will be waiting weeks for it.

Purchased a wireless guitar system that worked for a couple days then would not charge or turn on. Notified the company and sent them a pic, then a video of the faulty product. I acquiesced as each email and week passed by until they said the case was too old. The case wasn't "old' when I began the refund/replacement process!. Bad Company! Stay Away. Lot's of reputable companies on the internet, this is NOT one of them.

SCAM!

I tried 3 times to purchase these cameras. After the 3rd try my bank called to see if I had done it or if it was fraud. Then I got an email from a fake paypal. Called the number and a guy answered and tried to say I needed security so I would not get hacked. Crazy stuff... I told him it was all a scam and he called my names I cannot write in this review. Stay away! I am changing all my passwords. It is a shame these people prey on those of us who actually work for a living!

I see I'm not the only one who is getting scammed. I ordered a wireless alarm thats supposed to not need wires! WRONG! It needs wires and it wasn't cheap! It also took weeks and weeks to get here! I asked for a return address and it's been over a week since someone emailed me back to say they would have to charge me a restocking fee and I'd have to pay postage so did I still want to return item. HELL yes I do and I've emailed everyday since and there is no number to call and no one gets back with you. I'm reporting them to the Better Business Bureau! I would not have even given them a 1 star if it hadn't made me to send post this. I would have given them a -1!

Shark Antenna Fin

It said no wires needed, wireless connection, my car has no Antenna all locations door handle rear window, it said that it will work for my car, so it takes 3 weeks to get here it is not in the USA NewYork, my item came from China, and now I have to pay 25% restock fee, and I will have to wait maybe a month and a half to get part of my money back Great right.

The quality of the waist belts are poorly made. If I had known they were shipped from China, I wouldn't have purchased. Delivery was almost a month.

They sent me a product it was too small. So I bought a larger one and they sent me something completely different

So I've sent these people emails to refund my money and return these items

They asked me if i wanted 50 percent back so I didn't have to pay for shipping! WTH pay for shipping. No your going to pay for shipping and your going to return my money for these items... I've sent tons of emails they will not respond...

Stay away awe man stay away from these people

I ordered a product ($40 product) on October 30th. On November 8th I emailed them asking for a refund because the product had not been shipped. Prior to receiving a reply to my email a tracking label was created (really suspicious). They said they would not be able to refund the money for the product because a shipping label had been created and the product was going to be shipped. Three days later the product had still not been picked up nor shipped. I again requested a refund to which they said that they would try to refund if possible. Two days later I emailed them back asking for a refund yet again as the product had not been shipped and only a tracking label had been created. I have yet to get a reply. Save yourself some time and heartache and just order it from Amazon.

Amazing Service

Great service! I ordered 50pcs of iphone 11Max Pro and received my order on Mac2020 and all in good condition. Very trustworthy company. My company was planning to bulk order a phone cases again but since Simply-Gadget put on hold their business since early Apr2020 due to Pandemic until now, so I have to search for another trustworthy company again. I hope Simply-Gadget will reopen again very soon. Thanks for the great service.
Also I wanted to address here to people that planning to deal with Simply-Gadget.com, please please dont get confused with other company with similarity name as this one. Please avoid SimplyGadget and make sure you are dealing with Simply-Gadget. There are absolutely 2 different company. I almost make mistake myself at the beginning.

I ordered from this site over 2 months. After much frustration with the company's email only communication (no phone # to call), I became aware that their "LINE 2 ADDRESS" does not print on their labels, thus, my apartment # was not on the delivery address. The item was returned to Simply Gadgets and they are refusing to refund my money or fix the address issue and reship the item. The more I attempt to communicate with them, the ruder they have become with not handling this with integrity.

This website is highly recommended. I purchased a white color power back, and i realised that white is not a good idea because easy to get dirty, so I just contact the customer service without any high hope at all that able to exchange the color. But without so much question, they said able to exchange becauce black that I want is in stock. I was so shocked because this company Simply-Gadget is making easy for any refund or exchange. The first ever online store with the best service.
