It has now been 6 hours and they keep giving me bs answers on where my bitcoin is. I've reach out via chat and it's like they copy and paste from a script instead of giving people an answer to the issue. When I check my transaction it said 1-4 hours it has been way past that. Never again and count your days doing business like this.
They double charged my card on a crypto purchase and caused overdrafts and fees. I sent them a message as soon as it went through and 7 hours have passed. NOTHING... These guys for real are horrible. I'm in process of chargeback with bank for fraud.

I have been conducting transactions with Simplex in the past with no problems but today I Have been blindsided i converted £3000 to USDT and i was paid 3593 USDT which ultimately lead to a loss or cost of transaction approximately of 500 usdt. This is a rip off to get so short-changed over a simple transaction. I spoke to the service rep asking for a reversal this was refused. I will never transact business with them again i am so angry and feel cheated I will take this matter up with my bank also there is something ethically wrong about such transactions this is deceitful and borderline criminal. Please stay way from this bank i did a similar transaction with another entity and it cost me $25.00. Simplex took a huge chunk of my money just to conduct a simple exchange this is theft i am determined not to allow them do this to innocent victims
Basically I have opened my account with Simplex just for emergency use. Well emergency just happen to me and I had to sell some of my crypto to buy my child medicine ASAP. Before I sold it I was told that as soon as system will detect transaction the money will be credited to my account and I will be able to use my Simplex card for purchase. So I have sold my crypto for 465 Euro. And that will be it... money has not been credited to my account. When I reach tech support all I can hear is that they do not have specific time to when this will be looked at... It's been way over 24h since I'm waiting for my funds to arrive not mentioning that I had to borrow money to buy my child medicine because of them. I don't know what game they are playing but this is definitely last time I've ever used them. I just want my money back and that it closing this stupid account.

Signed up with this broker after it was advertised as ultra high relief, there is nothing high relief about it. Don't believe a thing these people say. There's plenty of dealers out there that don't misrepresent what they sell. Avoid them and use someone else, thanks to BROADØAK-CÅPITAL. COM, they came to my rescue and got it all back for me.
I purchased bitcoin using my Coinomi wallet. They use Simplex for purchases. For £50 I received £38 in bitcoin. Complete Ripoff. For £50 I received £48 on crypto.com. Big difference. In short, don't use Simplex for any cryptocurrency transactions.
It worked fine until it didn't. Simplex just duplicated my purchase on Bitrue. I will no longer be using this method to make any purchases. Luckily the amount wasn't too large. Or there would have been he** to pay and will just be leaving reviews so that people are aware that this COULD happen with this company. I will also be sending a complaint to the FTC about this. Their response was "you approved the payments". Nope I didn't. I will make sure people are aware of this disaster waiting to happen. But they don't want to face up. To even support this, my payment was sent under the SAME transaction (same time same date same number). How is this even legal to do. They don't want to admit it. What threw me off is their VERY NON CHALLANT you approved the payments answers with NO EFFORT to look into the issue. These companies get away with SO much and we are helpless in this. As long as they have your money they don't care. They're OUT. No effort at all.
