Ordered and paid for 4 tires on their website. Tracking page on their website shows "pending carrier pick up" for days now. I've bought tires online for years and never had any issues. First time I've used simpletire and this will be the last. Hopefully if I ever get the tires it will be the complete set of 4. Regret buying from this company.

I was very impressed with how I was treated when I ordered the wrong tire size. Simple tire was very understanding they emailed me return shipping slips and I was able to return them rapidly. So of course I bought the size I wanted from them because they were so understanding.

I purchased (6) Nitto Ridge Grappler tires. Shipping was fast but upon delivery noticed one tire to be almost 2 years old and another with defective markings already marked.
