Everything went smoothly.

The bags I purchased were a tad thin, material wise for the price, but still good for what I needed them for. I'll use SilkLetter again for larger orders.

Great experience, would like to be able to ad promo code through quote. Would also like to see cleaner prints on items and a tracking email sent as soon as shipping occurs.

Many options, styles and colors for items. It's also nice to be able to customize them. Very easy to select, design and see the item before it's ordered.

Your website needs to be more user friendly. I had difficulty especially since I had an account. It kept telling me someone else had my account. I spent MUCH more time with this than I should have.

Website was unable to load my artwork. A bit of confusion on my order. Shipping box was to small for the bags. Shipping cost to Hawaii was quite expensive. Reps were very helpful. Will order again.

I am making this purchase for our church as the free gift that we hand out, the fact that we are able to put our logo onto the notebook is a huge plus as well as the free shipping!

The web site isn't very intuitive. I wanted to edit my product colors and I had to keep going back to the beginning of the process.

But the product and price were excellent. Definitely worth it.

It was a great experience. There was a misspelling on the first order and they
Corrected it immediately. A new one was sent in plenty of time for the upcoming event.

The checkout was annoying because it didn't let me update my order. I had to completely redo my order to make changes. It also kept loading during checkout which was slow.

This was simple and easy to do. Loved that i could rotate the logo!

The design team was prompt and helpful in tweaking the design to make it look its best.

Some of the straws had small cracks and 1 or 2 do not have the ring around the straw...can you send like ten extra straws...we need all of them so we can sell ALL of them

This was a great deal since we had a limited budget. It was nice to be able to get the quantity we wanted without having to personalize it (added cost).

I was so impressed with the service! The turn around time was excellent and the communication throughout the process was exceptional. I will definitely use Silkletter again for future projects.

Some of the cups came with the seam of the glitter insert going directly through the screen printed logo rather than hiding it on the back side where it would not be so noticeable.

Your site doesn't work very smoothly on an iPad. The alignment and sizing was off and it was difficult to do the things. I was running Safari on iPad.

I have used silkletter in the past and still have my original tumbler.
I have not looked at the entire order, but the tumbler I took out look fabulous.

The website was not functioning properly and was not registering when options had been selected. I had to go through the Proof Request in order to actually submit the order.

Super easy! The quality of the product looks good now it has to be put through the stress test of everyday use to determine if it is really good Quality!
