The bags I purchased were a tad thin, material wise for the price, but still good for what I needed them for. I'll use SilkLetter again for larger orders.

Great experience, would like to be able to ad promo code through quote. Would also like to see cleaner prints on items and a tracking email sent as soon as shipping occurs.

Website was unable to load my artwork

Website was unable to load my artwork. A bit of confusion on my order. Shipping box was to small for the bags. Shipping cost to Hawaii was quite expensive. Reps were very helpful. Will order again.

I am making this purchase for our church as the free gift that we hand out, the fact that we are able to put our logo onto the notebook is a huge plus as well as the free shipping!

The web site isn't very intuitive. I wanted to edit my product colors and I had to keep going back to the beginning of the process.

But the product and price were excellent. Definitely worth it.

Some of the straws had small cracks and 1 or 2 do not have the ring around the straw...can you send like ten extra straws...we need all of them so we can sell ALL of them

Some of the cups came with the seam of the glitter insert going directly through the screen printed logo rather than hiding it on the back side where it would not be so noticeable.

Your site doesn't work very smoothly on an iPad. The alignment and sizing was off and it was difficult to do the things. I was running Safari on iPad.
