I was skeptical about ordering signs with them since some reviews were not that great. I designed my signs myself using a 3rd party website and the had Signs.com do the printing for me. Definitely order them ahead of time since delivery times may vary. I am quite satisfied with how these came out, can't wait to put them to use and see how they hold up!

We are reselling the banners the printed for us so we printed 2 as a sample now we have ordered 125 more and they all look amazing. They are 80" long so they get rolled tight in shipping but if you lay them flat for a few hours they are totally flat. We'll be back for more.
I was working on window signs online but could not get one feature correct... so I asked for help from the person online. That person was a HUGE help! My window signs were completed and sent to me and were absolutely great! Exactly as i was hoping for! Thank you Signs.com!
I paid for overnight shipping on my order. The order arrived three business days later. I was told production forgot to print a portion of the order and it held up shipping for everything. I was not contacted as a courtesy to let me know about the mistake. I called the company to find out where my order was and learned of their mistake. I have yet to receive my overnight shipping fees refunded or any kind of recourse on the company's part.
I made a huge mistake in trusting the people at this company.
I talked to Adam P while creating my order, got an email from him saying everything was set and in progress, it would ship in 5 days.
5 days later I call... the item is ON HOLD and no one contacted me.
Chalise takes over, tells me to resubmit artwork, and promises it will be sent overnight (at their expense)
Call the next day for shipping verification.
OOPS there is a problem it will not ship on time and it won't make it to the conference.
NO contact about problems.
Their only solution is a refund! A refund on the day it was supposed to ship!
I asked to speak with Adam's supervisor, Emma, but she never called me back.
I found a local printer that uploaded my file and had absolutely no issues opening or working with my image.
I will tell every marketing professional I know to stay away from this place.

To stand out from the rest of the classes, I designed the boosterthon flag for my dughters first grade teacher. No only did it capture the theme, and design idea her teacher had, but is was printed beautifully!
Decided to have a "Rear Window Decal" made as a test to see how it would work on our travel trailer. We wanted to see if this would work to showcase our photography business. Signs.com has great online customer service. Just hit the chat button or send an e-mail and they answer every question or they actually set up the project for you if you send them your image. I love ordering from them.
Very easy to work with and the process was smooth from start to finish. The free design assistance helped us to realize our end product. The photos do lose some clarity and the texture of the banners makes them look filtered, but overall we were pleased with the results.
