We ordered yard signs and when they came they looked great, but the wire stakes did not come. I emailed the company and they responded very promptly and had them on their way that afternoon. They just arrived and everything looks good. Mistakes can occur with even the best run companies - I just really appreciate the speed at which they remedied it... and with zero hassle for me.
I didn't know what to expect from Signs.com because I never heard of them until they showed up in my Google search for signage. I was pleasantly surprised with the fantastic quality of the flag I ordered of my business logo! Def gonna use these guys for future trade-show needs! LOVE!
I ordered with expedited one day delivery. One week later still no order received. Waited on hold for half an hour for someone to even answer the phone, when they did all she could do was to refund the expedited shipping fee but even she could not get a response from the production people on why the order was not yet filled and when I could expect it. I then sent an email to customer service and now almost 24 hours later have not heard back from them.
Although I like the product, I do not like dealing with customer service. I placed an order in March 2023 and received a discount code, which there was no place to plug in on the order. I sent them an email asking how to plug it in, but never received an answer so I placed the order. I just needed to do another order (just 1 month later) and I spent over an hour on the phone with them trying to get them to take the discount code, but they say it has expired so they will not honor it. The job they do is nice, but don't expect them to stand by their word to give any discounts that you are promised. Next time I will take my business elsewhere.
I literally just recieved my order minutes ago. I had a great experience with customer service and the design team. They cared to maker sure my sign was going to be as designed. However I did not receive a shipment notice or tracking info until the day of delivery and I had to ask for it.
I was most impressed with the professional service received from signs.com Since the initial contact I had to the high-quality end-product received. Very seldom I find a company that provides this top-quality service. They kept me informed of status from order received, production, to shipping, to deliver! Very satisfied and I highly recommend signs.com I am already recommending them to my friends and colleagues in graphic design and will definitely send them other future projects!
This site makes it so easy to make signs with the various colors and fonts available! Also, you can add grommets, get customized sizes for your signs, all at very fair pricing! I was recommend to this site after I had received two quotes for signs that would have cost over $2,000.00 and here I paid less than $1,000.00! Highly recommend this site for all your sign needs!

We order a sign for my daughter's graduation. The website was easy to use and accurately told us which photos would work and which wold be blurry. Final product was 100% accurate with what we thought we were getting!
Our school purchased a custom flag with our logo on it. When we received it, it was installed out front with our American flag. Sadly, its material was so heavy, it simply would not fly even in windy conditions. When we reported this, signs.com agreed to remake the flag as a single-sided flag for us at no additional cost. It looks great and flies well!
The website has a fantastic interface to build your sign, the prices are more than reasonable, and the shipping was lightening fast. But... Make sure to check the color registration on your monitor; what I received varies from what I ordered and I am guessing it has more to do with how color is displayed on my monitor. The sign itself arrived with a dent/ding. How is a mystery it was wrapped in bubble wrap and put into a heavy duty shipping box. I will purchase from them in the future.
If you need any sign made, here is your place. They were in steady contact with me and worked with me every step of the way. Usually a custom job is difficult and is a pain in the $#*!. This was one of the best experiences I have had working with a company

Everything was either made of cheap paper, or way too small.
Then, I came across Signs.com. Designing the banner was easy.

I used graphics from this companies on website on our sign that I paid extra for and the pictures are terribly digitized. I am not sure I am even going to be able to use the signs because the graphics are so bad! Their website says not to worry if the graphics look low grade they will print correctly. This is incorrect!
We had a need to order two custom banners at the last minute. Found Signs.com doing a google search. The process was seamless and we had our banners within 4 days of ordering. And they were just as advertised, and then some. The quality was exceptional. Will now use signs.com for any future needs.

I paid for overnight shipping for 10 banners. When I checked the order on the day they were to be delivered I noticed that the banners had not even shipped. I panicked and called customer service. When I explained to Dan that the banners were a surprise for our seniors for their last high school football game on their home field he got things going! After a few hours I received a call and a follow up email from Dan assuring me that the signs were being finished up and then shipped overnight at no cost to me. The original shipping charges that I paid were also refunded to me. Signs arrived today, game is tomorrow morning and I am thrilled! The sign and print quality is top notch! Colors are vivid and the photographs uploaded to the banners look clear and crisp! Thanks so much signs.com! I will be ordering again!
