I have never had so may issues with my makeup brushes as I have with these. They are overpriced for the quality. They shed, fall apart, chip, break, I have brushes from all different brands and I would rather just head over to target and buy some cheapo brand that has better quality. And before this trash company responds with a canned response about their "warranty policy" it is also trash, the CS team either doesn't respond, doesn't help, makes you jump thru a million hoops to prove that yes, the brush is broken. I want the brush made right the first time, especially considering how much they charge. Won't buy again, I'd rather use cotton buds.
I've ordered from sigma on multiple occasions through the last few years, never experienced any problems. Their brushes and make up are truly top of the line and worth every penny. As far as shipping I have always received my orders in a timely fashion never any issues ever. I absolutely love sigma.
I've purchased numerous Sigma brushes and love them! They are soft, durable, easy to clean and make makeup application a breeze. I highly recommend the foundation, powder, blush, highlighter and eye brushes.
10 days and still no order... absolutely the worst cust svc. They ship via ups and then ups sends it to usps. But, there are a lot of companies that do that. It's the way sigma has it set up. It is pushed to the BACK of mail. USPS told me that. In other words, our purchase means NOTHING
I open the box: no paper, no gift as they promised. Just 4 lonely brushes in the box instead of 5. I took them in my hands and noticed that 3 of them were with stickers that were taken out and put on again, I clearly saw the scratches that these boxes were opened more than one time, one brush was definitely used, maybe all of these 3 were. Terrible experience. I hope I will get a refund. Never again, they are scammers.

Ordered brushes with the free international shipping. I have emailed them twice as the FedEx tracking number keeps coming up as invalid. They have not responded, no customer service. If my brushes end up arriving or customer service contacts me I will update the review. But according to the other reviews, it does not look promising.

I ordered one brush from them. All the coupons give you 10% off. They gave me a tracking number but UPS can't find it. So where is my order? I tried to do a live chat with someone and they can't find it either. They are so unprofessional. If I don't get my order I better get a refund. She told me, "Typically, we do not offer refunds for lost packages and would offer to resend the product." That's what you say, but will you do that? I'm just gonna stick to Morphe or buying brushes in store. Morphe is an AMAZING company and you can track your package without being stressed out. I only got this one to go with a highlighter.

I placed two orders during their semi-annual sale. I was expecting a delay in the shipping since there were obviously going to be a ton of orders placed. My second order was shipped out promptly, but the tracking stopped working after a few days. I gave Sigma a call and they were so nice and made sure to help me out. My first order didn't ship out as quick as my second one, so they sent it out with priority mail. Overall, amazing custome service. I'm sad to see all of these negative comments, but it's obvious that some people are just impatient.

Be honest about shipping and don't say 5-7 days to ship. It's been 17 days. I really was wondering if I had been scammed. I thought it would be better ordering directly from the company. So far it's been a disappointment. I'd rather you tell me it will take a month for my item to arrive then there is wondering or checking emails to see if something has been processed or shipped.
Put in an order for the Ultimate Blending Brush Set and the F80 brush on February 1 during some absolutely insane sales. Sigma sets usually cost $100+ AUD so this was an absolute steal.
Read some awful reviews about their shipping from many websites. From here, Reddit, other review websites etc. Saw some posters have waited up to 3+ months. I wasn't really in a rush so didn't expect much in terms of shipping speed. Thought I could wait until end of March. Imagine my surprise and delight to see it arrived today! A great experience so far. So happy with my purchases
They indicated nowhere that their prices were in US dollars, which I maybe should have expected but nonetheless it's pretty easy to indicate simply when someone is placing an order from outside the US the cost will be different due to currency exchange. Even the receipt they sent me was in US dollars, indicating nowhere on it anything about currency exchange. I think typically people like to know what they're paying for a product before they're charged. My credit card bill came in almost $25 higher than the final cost on my receipt. When I contacted Sigma about this, they replied blaming it on shipping costs that have nothing to do with the company when I had clearly stated that I was upset they couldn't simply indicate that they're prices are in US dollars. Customers shouldn't have to work to know how much a product costs, worst expereience I've ever had ordering anything online. I just hope my brushes get here fine.

Its a complete scam if you are doing an international shipping. I ordered products worth $200 which I have still not received; they keep telling me to wait. WTF?
Its a shame that such a big company is actually such a thief and scam. Once you have placed the order, they refuse to cancel it. I checked all negative reviews and thought may be it was once in a while thing but honestly, DONT SHIP INTERNATIONALLY, you will never get it.

Sigma 4th of July Sale: I placed an order 5 days ago. After I entered the finalize transaction click, I got a message come up on the screen saying "order in review". Not sure what that means. So far, I have received no emails confirming my order is in process, much less ready for shipment. No idea what the status of my order is.It seems like my funds have not been withdrawn yet. Hopefully, I won't get a message back saying that it was out of stock and that I won't get my brushes on sale as I was hoping.

I've purchased brushes from sigma. It's already 1 month since they shipped out the brushes according to "JAZMINE" but until now, NO BRUSHES SHIPPED AT MY DOOR! The worst customer service! This has literally been the worst experience of my life ever! I spent close to $300 on brushes and received a box with halp of my order missing. I emailed sigma beauty and someone named "Jazmine" lol emailed me back being extremely snobby telling me there's nothing she can do she can't send out a replacement order or refund the missing items and that if i want to I can make a dispute with my bank. I was shocked to say the least so then I call in and ask to speak to a manager/supervisor and then I get the absolute most unprofessional woman on the phone. She basically tells me the same thing to file a claim with my bank. So I call my bank and they say it can take up to 30 days so then I call back to sigma speak to the same supervisor who sounds like she just got hired yesterday I mean honestly she was super unprofessional and was making very contradicting statements. Then finally she agreed she wouldn't refund me but she would re send the brushes. Well a few days go by now jazmine is emailing me again telling me one of the brushes is out of stock and to pick another one of same value. Whatever it was a major run around and hassle the ending of the story is that both jazmine and the supervisor are very unhelpful, rude, snobby and disrespectful unprofessional ppl I don't see how they work for a company as big as sigma beauty. If you have any issues at all they absolutely will not fix it. And btw there known for leaving things out of ppls orders so it's a pretty common complaint. Stay away trust me it will save you a headache!
Worst customer service! I placed an order, it got cancelled without notice. Placed a second order, got cancelled again. Placed a third order, again cancelled. All with no prior notice. My emails went unanswered. Horrible experience!

Answer: On a few occasions, yes, a few did. Most people who aren't into makeup or beauty wouldn't even may that much attention.

Answer: International shipping to my knowledge has no available tracking. Be patient, they WILL deliver! It isn't Sigma most likely, it's our postal services in the US.
