10 days and still no order... absolutely the worst cust svc. They ship via ups and then ups sends it to usps. But, there are a lot of companies that do that. It's the way sigma has it set up. It is pushed to the BACK of mail. USPS told me that. In other words, our purchase means NOTHING

Be honest about shipping and don't say 5-7 days to ship. It's been 17 days. I really was...
