Placed an order for delivery to UK, paid full shipping, when it arrived I had to pay an additional £14, because they neglect to tell you that European shipping charges are to Germany only, shipping from Germany to the destination country is extra.

These brushes really are great, I have not been disappointed by any of the brushes I have purchased from this website. The only thing is that they are expensive, to me they were worth it due to the fact that I had the mindset of getting brushes that really work and will last me. I have had the brushes for about 3 years and they still work wonders. You have to keep them clean and don't forget to wash them and take good care of them. If you are serious about makeup and can afford it, I highly suggest getting these as opposed to other high end makeup brushes like MAC. They work the same, I like sigmas makeup brushes even more.
Brush cup holder they sent me was broken, so they said they would send me another one. Each response to my email took about 2 days, and eventually when they said they would send me another, I waited a month before emailing them again, and having to wait at least another 3-5 working days for a response this time.
When they finally responded, they had no idea what I was talking about and I had to recount the whole history again of what had happened, and why they were going to send me a new one and ask why it hadn't already been sent.
Took another month for me to receive it and when I finally did, it got lost in the mail and they refused to help.
I ordered $75 nzd worth of makeup to be ordered at the end of November 2016 it is now January 2017 and I still have not received my makeup. I have contacted both my local post service and sigma. And my local post say they cannot find it and sigma told me to wait and that it may take over 31 days to arrive. I waited that long and emailed again and they then said it could take 8 weeks to process at the facility to ship. I am appalled at their service as it is now just becoming a joke and I believe now that it may never arrive and that I may have just wasted money that I can't afford to lose as I am a student who doesn't earn much and I am not able to even afford to pay for my sisters hens party which is a real shame.

I will write as many reviews as is necessary to help Sigma's rating go up because people are being unrealistic and unreasonable with their negative reviews about the customer service. Did you know there are only TWO customer service representatives at Sigma?! The biggest complaints I've seen in reviews is customer service and shipping. Let's go through these: As I just said, there are just two people who are in customer service. Should their be more? Perhaps. But they are very prompt in responding to emails as well. I believe, and I may be wrong, but I believe that many of their employees (including CS) are college students. I think that is important and impressive. I'm from Minnesota and the U of M (university of Minnesota) is HUGE and quite prominent. If you've been to college full or part time, you know how incredibly demanding it is. Add a job to your schedule. A job where people are constantly calling. Not to say thank you but to complain, many times about things Sigma has no control over such as delivery issues. It doesn't matter who they use, FedEx, UPS, USPS, whatever- those are separate entities. Once it hits whatever area packages go to be picked up, it's out of their hands.
It wouldn't matter if they had 200 customer service reps, people would still complain because they expect the world to revolve around them. My thoughts? Slow your roll! It's not JUST you who's a customer. Be patient. Be kind. Be understanding. As a former Midwesterner, mail is SLOW from there. Mail is slow everywhere these days.
In terms of quality, there is NO way anyone could give less than 4-5 stars! Their brushes are backed by a 2 year warranty! Does It cosmetics offer a warranty? What about Morphe? Elf? Luxie? And I challenge anyone who is using these brushes for what they're intended for- makeup - to show me any brush that has become useless, broken, or destroyed due to everyday makeup use. And IF it happened within that warranty period, show me Sigma not replacing it and I will edit my reviews.
In my experience, Sigma should have no less than 4 stars tops, across the board. Everything I have read has come from someone who was impatient and flat out expected them to drop everything and focus on them only. That is not realistic.
I have been a loyal international sigma customer for many years, purchased many things from them and I wait months every year for their world wide free shipping events, as this is the only way I can avoid the exorbitant international shipping fee. In a all the years I have purchased from them NEVER before have I been charged past what I paid from my purchase on the site. So imagine my shock and anger after receiving a call telling me that not only will I have to pay again, the amount is more than DOUBLE what I would have paid for expediated shipping. When I contacted their customer services, they gave me a rote run around that this was their policy and that it was a duty fee, etc, etc. If this is the case, why was this the FIRST time this has happened in the FOUR years I have been a customer. Had I known from the first purchase years ago that this is what would happen, I would never again have purchased from them.
What was the point of me waiting for their free ww shipping event? The whole reason I would anxiously wait is so I can enjoy some savings on products I love. What would be the point of me waiting for ANY of their sales event, EVER? To say I am upset is an understatement. I have always loved Sigma products, and can't count the number of times I have recommended them to my friends, but this is it for me. I will not be purchasing anymore Sigma products, if whatever deal /sale I want to enjoy will not only be negated by shipping, but actually cost me more in the end. I also will stop recommending their products.

I feel compelled to share my harrowing experience with Sigma Beauty's customer service to warn consumers around the world about the abysmal treatment I received. As someone who values quality products and exceptional customer service, my encounter with Sigma Beauty has left me utterly disappointed and frustrated.
From the very beginning, my interaction with Sigma Beauty was marred by issues. I encountered significant difficulties trying to sign in with my email, receiving an error message claiming my email did not exist in their system. This initial setback should have been an indication of the lack of attention to detail and proper customer care that I was about to experience.
After a lengthy wait, my package finally arrived, but to my dismay, it was missing two out of the seven items I had ordered. Hoping for a quick resolution, I contacted their customer service via email, only to be met with condescension and disbelief. The audacity of their response claiming that their shipping department had thoroughly checked and scanned each item before shipping out, as if I were dishonestly claiming missing items, was both infuriating and insulting.
Although they promised a full refund for the missing items, it does little to alleviate the immense inconvenience and dissatisfaction caused by this experience. Adding insult to injury, I discovered that I was charged an exorbitant $6.27 USD for a travel cup, but their refund amounted to a mere $3.75 USD. This blatant discrepancy highlights their lack of transparency and disregard for fair pricing practices.
It is clear that Sigma Beauty fails to appreciate the importance of customer satisfaction and respect. Their customer service department's dismissive attitude, inadequate resolutions, and unprofessional conduct have left a lasting negative impression. As a result, I urge consumers worldwide to exercise caution when considering purchasing from Sigma Beauty.

First of all company doesn't have a phone number. Placed an order (on a Friday) but didn't receive confirmation despite the funds been taken out of my account. Emailed and had to way 3 business days for a response which I thought they would have fixed after advising me of a glitch in the system. Asked them for tracking ID. Had to wait another 3 business days for response then they respond with we refunded the money today all our brushes are out of stock. Because of the usd to aud conversion rate for that day I ended up loosing $40 when they simply should of emailed me and asked if I wanted a refund or a store credit to get other brushes or to wait until they are in stock again. I then places the exact same order again after creating another account and surprise surprise all in stock still. Re contacted them and asked for priority shipping on my new order (I figured that I pretty much paid for it anyway with the $40 they stuffed me around with). I get a response in three business days that's sarcastic which links me to a conversion rate website as if I'm somehow uneducated about the difference in currency - even though it was their fault to begin with to rerund me without communication. I have asked for a phone number several times to sort this out as I can't keep waiting 3 business days inbetween responses. Each time I've asked they have replied to the rest of the email and not that part. Sent an email two weeks ago just asking for a phone number and no response! Website is a scam, customer service is a joke, prices are too high and seriously not worth the drama! Next time I'll be purchasing my sigma brushes through the Sephora website rather then directly through them

Answer: International shipping to my knowledge has no available tracking. Be patient, they WILL deliver! It isn't Sigma most likely, it's our postal services in the US.
