Ordered something, website says two weeks, more than a month later and told that if you dig deeper they make no guarantees about delivery timeline and may take over a month. Obviously, there was a delivery problem, and this foreign company completely failed to stand behind its product and service. Out a $100
I ordered from their site not knowing I would have to pay an extra 22.50€ for my order until I had to pay it. I contacted them and they said there's nothing they can do, but there absolutely is! You can warn your buyers of this. Not only that, shipping took over one month. There are much more trustworthy companies who have better customer service and prices. I'm now paying a lot more for something I could have gotten cheaper. Not okay!
I've purchased from Sierra Pet Meds for over 10 yrs. Same products as sold in the US but lower cost. Not sure what or who the 1 star reviewers are talking about. I understand that it takes longer to get meds but that is not a problem. I will purchase from them until one of us ceases to exist.
I am a long standing customer. Up to this last order, all was well. In Sept., 22, they sold me chews with an expiry of 12/2022. This was NOT mentioned before purchase. I queried this, and they asked for a photo, though they must know, what they are selling. I sent a photo. Then we haggled over how many chews could be used up before they expire. They can 'work with me' by giving one chew store credit. We settled on a third cost refund. Also, the chews were poorly packaged and the blister packs are squished, so might be broken inside. Anyway, you can make up your own mind if this is a decent way to sell our pet's medicines.
A month after National Animal Hospital said in an email that it would upgrade my shipment, it has not arrived and NAH does not respond to my multiple emails and phone calls. My credit card company tells me it may take up to 60 days for me to receive a refund of $150.80.
I will never do business with NAH again.
Everything ok until August. I have an order that they took my money for but never sent the pills. I filed a complaint with the Hawaii Consumer protection agency, but apparently they don't answer either.
This was my first time purchasing from Sierra Nevada Pet Company, and the last. Unfortunately the item was opened, not sealed, is an older version of the product, and used. But most of all it's not the same item pictured in their website. When asked for a return option their reply was basically 'too bad'.
I have been ordering through NAH for a while with no problems. All of a sudden the customer service went from good to awful. I canceled an order on Aug. 30 and was told the charge of $175.90 would "fall off" my account. I am still waiting. I have left 4 messages and sent at least 3 emails. No one ever responds to me. I would suggest you buy elsewhere. Not sure what is going on there...
This does not even warrant a 1 star. HORRIBLE experience still going on since August. Gave them $144, and I have received nothing. Numerous phone calls and emails. Absolutely no response. DO NOT TRUST
I ordered CANINE Heartguard b/c it was way less than at vet; compared pkg-same product. I did pay the lowest shipping amt. To ensure sooner arrival. I would definitely order again form sierra per meds in future!
I have been purchasing flea control medications from Sierra and have not had one complaint. Longer shipping times should be expected since it's coming from out of the country. Happy customer!
Extremely disappointed! They sent me a defected product and wouldn't own up to it. Lost 187$! Tried having me to send it back, which would have cost at least half the price of the product! I have sent them pictures of the product and they tried convincing me it was OK! They put my dog's life in danger! My vet told me DO NOT GIVE IT TO HER.
Ordered some prescription only meds for our Golden Retriever, Ben. Dealing with NAH was too easy! Within hours of placing my order, they contacted my vet for the prescription, and shipped shortly thereafter. My favorite thing about them (besides the excellent prices) is the clear communication. I got email updates regularly - including tracking info. Ben's medicine arrived right on time - and we're definitely planning on using these guys again. Thanks for the fast & friendly service!
Very helpful on phone to correct my mistake on an order. I will certainly reorder this year for additional products. They had called letting me know there was a problem and we corrected it, the order arrived quickly. Can't ask for better customer service than that.
Wonderful, easy purchase. They always get back to me right away if I have a question about the prescription for my cat. And, the prices are great compared to what our vet charges directly. Shipping sometimes seems a little steep but it's fair.
We received our dogs medication faster then expected. They have unbeatable prices! I have done business with other companies and National Animal Hospital is the best!

I have no complaints, the products are way cheaper than other sites, and they send you reminders well in advance of when you need a refill. It has worked for me for two years already, and I'm sticking with them.
Placed an order in late September and received products a week later. Unfortunately had to return meds as my pet had died in the few days prior. Called three separate times to process my return and was given run around that a return label is being sent, NO SUCH THING, LIES! Finally got fed up and decided to send it back at my own cost... package was confirmed delivered but cannot get in touch with anyone to follow up on the refund owed me. This company seems to have "disappeared" overnight, phone lines busy, website no longer valid... such a disappointment.
My package has not arrived nine days after it was shipped... It apparently went to the wrong post office, never getting within 100 miles of where I live and now according to the tracking information has gone back to your address... I have been trying all day to contact customer service in shipping and sales but no one answers their phone or responds to email
A pleasure to buy from. They have great customer service. It's comforting to be able to talk live to a representative when there are questions about their products and checking stock. Even though they are far west of me here in Florida, I always got the items promptly typically within 5 days. I highly recommend this supplier.
