I like to business with NAH because their meds are reasonably priced. It just seems to take so long to get the order. The first time I ordered it was very fast and also the next time but this last time took almost 2 weeks after they received the order. Other than that, I love this place, especially the girl on the phone, very friendly and helpful and just plain nice!
For two months I have not had a problem getting medicine filled but my order. This this time got misplaced. I spoke with Brian and tract the script down and promised to send it priority. The two months before national animal hospital got my meds to me in a timely manner.
I too placed an order that was not filled. Money was taken from my credit card and not refunded. I've notified my credit card company that they seem to have gone out of business. My previous experiences with them were excellent. I wonder what happened.
I ordered 2 items which were shipped separately.
I was not told they would be shipped separately.
The second item was delivered several weeks after the first.
It was an unnecessary expense to ship them separately, and it was rude to not tell me you were doing it.
This was also not a recent experience, but took place last summer.
I had no trouble locating the pet medications I needed and I the price was great. NAH handled the correspondence with my veterinarian; it was so easy.
BUT I can't manage to review or manage my account with NAH.
There is no icon for logging into my personal account and seeing my order history, pending orders, payment options, etc.
Am I missing something?
I found National Animal Hospital when searching for lower prices for my dog's arthritis medication. Their price was much lower than most, and the reviews were good so I gave them a try. I placed my order on January 9 and received an email receipt of my credit card charge. By January 21 I hadn't received my medication, nor heard anything regarding shipping. I emailed and asked when my order would ship. On January 23, I received an email saying my order had been authorized and tracking information would arrive that evening. By January 28, I still had not received tracking information, so I emailed again. January 30 I finally received the tracking email and on February 3, my order finally arrived. Fortunately, I do not need the medication until February 7, but I couldn't believe how slow the shipping was and how poor the communication. I might order again just because of the good price, now that I know that I need to order way before I need the medication.
Sometimes you get your order and sometimes you don't. I think if you need something over the counter, you may try this shop but if you need something important and right away, I wouldn't. Once I ogt medication in the mail and the next time I didnt and from what I hear, they get some great evaluations and some terrible ones for the same reason. I know sometimes it depends on how fast the vet sends them the order and some vets take forever but in my case I know this was not the case. I stayed up all night with a dog in pain waiting for the medications... for weeks.
My package has not arrived nine days after it was shipped... It apparently went to the wrong post office, never getting within 100 miles of where I live and now according to the tracking information has gone back to your address... I have been trying all day to contact customer service in shipping and sales but no one answers their phone or responds to email
Have had 3 orders in the past. Called last Friday 11/22 to order and was on hold 3 times in excess of 15 minutes! Unable to get the website, phone lines are busy. Going to do business with 1800petmeds who will match any price this place gave. Unacceptable service!
Very good experience with this supplier. Contacted by email along every step of the way, even when there was a problem with the vet issuing another prescription.
Shipment arrived in timely manner and is fairly priced in comparison with other online pharmacies.
Just like all the other reviews, I paid, my card was charged and I've received nothing from them! My pet needs his pills and you all just vanished, no return phone calls or emails. Never had problems before until now. It would be really nice to hear from a human that you all closed or went out of business and give me my money back! Horrible place to deal with now!
Ordered cancelled after over 1 month delay. Follow ups for updated shipment status were futile. Always referred to UPS even though shipment was not in the USA.
Very competitive price on my dog's arthritis drug. Always delivered faster than expected- regular free shipping from HI to MA- usually 3 days from order date. On the occasion I have had to call for help I had friendly, competent and more than satisfactory assistance.
I was able to get my dog's medicine at less than half of the cost at the veterinary office. For someone like myself who owns multiple senior pets, it is great to be able to save on what they need to continue to have happy and healthy lives. I highly recommend National Animal Hospital for your pet's RX medicine needs.

Wow! Is all can say. I called in to place my order and customer service was very helpful. I received a status update daily by email. The package arrived earlier than expected. I never thought ordering prescription medication onlline could be so easy.
I have used NAH for approx 3 years for purchase of Vetmedin for one of my dogs. Suddenly they are not responding to any messages, phone call or anything. What has happened? Please let people know what is going on...
My original order had to be changed so I called customer service. My vet would not authorize the quantity I ordered. Amanda was so helpful. After we hung up, she called my vet and worked everything out. Talk about going above and beyond! I will be shopping with them again.
Would have given 5 stars-because the service is very good-but when my order did not arrive when expected I discovered that my dog's prescription was not in stock at the warehouse and was delayed in shipping. The company apologized profusely and shipped the meds without charging the expedited price. My only unhappiness was that I was not informed by email of the problem. Better communication re: delays in shipping would be a big help. I am very pleased with the company's pricing and shipping speed otherwise.
Made an order from Natinal Animal Hospital for a refill of my pet's medication on 8/28/17. My Credit card was charged. Its now 3 weeks later and we still haven't received the order. Repeated e-mails and phone call messages have gone unanswered. You can't even go to the website anymore. It won't let you on. It's too bad, because we had been dealing with this company for a few years now and everything was good. Even received an e-mail in July from the company before placing the order to remind us that it was time to re-order. Place the order and then everything went down the hole all of a sudden. Wish somebody there could just send a mass e-mail to the customers explaining what happened. Even if they had to go out of business. Just let us know. Don't just vanish.
