Managing my dogs Cushings

My dog and I have been dealing with Cushings for almost 3/4 of a year now. I've tried every possible online animal pharmacy to order her medication. National Animal Hospital has the absolute best prices. I was nervous ordering medications from them because I live so far away but so far the service has been amazing and beyond my expectations. If you're new to the site don't hesitate to try them out!

Exceptional service, fast and friendly

While placing my order online, I had a question and phoned. The representative with whom I spoke was extremely helpful and professional. On top of that, one half hour after I emailed my prescriptions to you, I received an email stating that my order was processed and ready for shipment. You guys do a fantastic job! Thank you!

I found that your prices are very reasonable and you provide prompt delivery.

Sad to say that I had to put Misty to sleep 6 months ago and I'm now looking at adopting another Cocker Spaniel in the near future. I will again be coming to PetmedsnMore for my medication needs. Thanks Mike Rosso

Order of equine adequan
October 3, 2015

Frustrating! I ordered this medicine over 2 weeks ago. I had a written prescription from vet. A week later, NAH called to tell me that vet had not responded to fax request. I sent the written script and it has taken another week to tell me that it was shipped. But when I check the tracking info from USPS--it doesn't appear that they even received it from NAH yet. In the meantime, I was supposed to be doing the loading dose for this horse every 4 days. Ugh.

National animal hospital is exceptional. They basically do all the work for you, from faxing your veterinarian, to e-mailing when you need refills. The prices are absolutely phenomenal. If it wasn't for you i would probably not be able to afford my dogs prescription every month. Thank you thank you.

I'm really troubled by what Marie A. Said- that they moved out of their facility on 10/26 since I spoke to someone at the company on 10/28 and they processed by credit card that day for a large order (over $400) of Vetmedin. I've filed a dispute with my credit card and am hopeful I'll be able to get my money back. Wonder what happened with this company.

They were very kind to me after ordering a refill and then shockingly losing our sweet German Shepherd. They allowed me to refuse shipment and didn't charge me anything at all. They were so nice on the phone and sympathetic. I highly recommend them!

Great Prices and Lightening Fast Delivery!

We filled my poor old dog's Rimadyl prescription with a generic version. It makes all the difference in the world -- I'm sure we are getting at least an extra year out of our beloved old dog (Barney). He has inoperable arthritis in his knees. Anyway, his prescription arrived in the mail within about 4 days at about half the price of regular Rimadyl -- we are very happy with this company.

Good Customer Service
August 20, 2015

After 6 months of purchasing Revolution for dogs from PetMedsnMore, I found a leaked vial. Not happy that it leaked all over my hand as well. I emailed customer service with the lot # etc., and submitted related photos. PetMedsnMore offered to refund the price of the leaked vial.

Excellent customer service.

I don't remember the young lady name I talked to yesterday but she very friendly, told me here name and was very helpful with my order. I left a message and I was called back within hour. Also she call the vet to get a new order for the medication for my dog. She went that extra mile to help me.

Serves my needs

I use this site for a few years to buy prescription meds for my dogs. They contact the vet's office for prescription and keep me updated of the progress. So far the service was prompt and the prices were good.

Are they out of business? Web site is gone, phone lines are busy, got an email that my money has been refunded for my order, then the next day my money for the order was processed OUT of my bank account. $106. Too bad if they are out of business. Have used them for 2 years. But I'd like my money back if they are gone...

I placed several orders with this company with no issues. However, the last time I tried to order they appeared not to be in business anymore. This was a bad situation since they had my prescriptions. I then had to find I new company and get new prescriptions. Their unreliability is not worth your time.

After placing an order my credit card was charged, but no product was ever received. I called to find out the status of my order and the customer service rep was no help at all, but claimed to have put in a "ticket" to get the product shipped. Weeks later, my order was still never received. I called again, and magically while on the phone with customer service I received an email that my order could not be filled and that the transaction would be voided from my statement. I have still not received a refund. This place is a joke of a business!

I called in for a refill and it was filled and on it's way that night. I received a tracking number and even though it was ordered on Friday it was at my home by Monday. I am so pleased. The order was shipped from Hawaii and I live in North Carolina. We definitely use this site again.

After receiving confirmation of my order several days went by with no further word as to whether my vet had been contacted or authorization had been received to fill the prescription. Subsequently, I emailed the sales dept who then advised me that they had contacted my vet three times and received no response. I had called my vet the day after placing my order so that they would be aware and keep an eye out for your request. After en being told you had tried to get a response unsuccessfully, I called myvet's office and asked them about it. I was told that they had not received any requests. I asked them again to keep an eye out for your request, and then emailed your office to ask that you try again. Apparently your request that followed was successful. My biggest grip with you is that you did not let me know that you were having an issue getting a response, if indeed you did try 3 times before I intervened. Either way, this went on too long and communication was poor.

Very Efficient. I place my order on line. I receive a confirmation e-mail. A day or two later I receive an e-mail advising that my order shipped and within a few days it is in my mailbox. They have been great.

On my first order, they contacted the vet that day, the vet faxed the rx and I received it within a week. Second order for renewals... Three weeks ago, not answering emails, no meds, credit card charged, I even mailed the RXs myself to make sure they received them ten days ago. Now trying to fax and fax number isn't even working. Try someone else. They aren't consistent.
