Sheryl bruhn from the lebanon has no since of urgency and we had to live on zillow to give her the listing. I felt she was unprofessional and worked as a seller agent even though we were buyers. When I spoke to her sales manager about her unprofessional conduct he blamed it on the current market. So shady people will be able to continue to screw people over without any consideration on who they are hurting.

Our experience with Sibcy-Cline was poor - its not so much the crappy customer service or the fact that we may have lost $1000's in the transaction; it is in its entirety the fact that they simply don't care that they provide a bad experience. After their checks were cashed they wanted some feedback and we gave specific and honest observations about suspect behavior on the part of an agent and the poor context of their home services administration and in return we got... what for it... nothing. Not a sorry, not a thank you, just silence and apparent indifference. A real estate agent decision is important please take your time and select one that is right for you. So if you want shameful puffery, little or no help in selling your home, and silent shrugs to your concerns - Sibcy-Cline is your company.

I would like to just say trying to buy a home in this mess has truly been a challenge. But whats worst is having 4 realtors show no interest in even giving me the time of day if your spending 200k or above you will get there full attention. Sibcy 3 of your realtor did nothing to even give me there time to help me i was preapproved had everything in place all im going to say is do not waste your time with them. Sad.

I recently Purchase a home thru Sibcy Cline, They were very friendly and were very informative on a professional level, I felt very comfortable with their conversations and timely response to my real estate purchase, I highly recommend Sibcy Cline and would gladly use them again without hesitation. Firstly, remember that you're dealing with real estate agents here. While they are sworn to codes and canons of ethics, they do not always hold true to them. This is true with all real estate companies. My chief concern with the company is the photos of their properties. They hire professional photographers to take pictures of a property's interior and exterior. We all know that a good photographer can make a rusty nail look like a platinum engagement ring with the right lens, lighting, and angle. I don't know anything about photograph manipulation, but I'm sure it happens. My advice is to visit a property before buying and take your time looking. Hire an independent inspector to go over the property with a fine tooth comb! If something in a contract goes against the parameters that you have set in place, do not sign the contract! Remember, real estate agents are sales associates. This means that they are trained in the art of manipulation, and can cause you to make decisions that you would not otherwise make.

We inquired about a property located in Carriage Hill. Contacted the realtor attached to the property and she was just down right NASTY! She basically told us that people of our stature couldn't afford to live in that area and that she couldn't really assist us any further. I will be consulting the BBB as well as the NAACP. It's 2020. Not 1920 and I will NOT stand for such blatant disrespect and discrimination. Her last name is DESTEFAN and her number is *******184. Meanwhile I'll move on to Caldwell Banker or ANYONE other than sibcy cline. Brown people beware! They don't want our business.
