I ordered a product through Walmart over a month ago, soon after I received notice that a shipping label was created but never dropped off to USPS. Since then I have emailed them multiple times asking for a call back or an update and nobody responds. Their telephone is an automated message that says to email and you'll receive a response in 2 days, ha! Frauds.

I ordered a product through Walmart over a month ago, soon after I received notice that a shipping label was created but never dropped off to USPS. Since then I have emailed them multiple times asking for a call back or an update and nobody responds. Their telephone is an automated message that says to email and you'll receive a response in 2 days, ha! Frauds.

I ordered shower door kit it came in damaged. Tried to contact this company five times they do not respond I had to dispute the charges
Avoid this company at any cost. They are not Reputable. I can't believe that they still sell there products on Amazon. I had to have Amazon step in and help me get a refund. Stay Away from this Horrible Company Shower Door direct!

Won't ship me my shower glass and pickup the wrong glass they sent me. Not even close to the cut sheet! Been 6 months. Don't waste your time with this company. They'll try to Pressure you to keeping the wrong glass and rig up the mounting hardware. Its a joke. Before you order email me ill send you all the emails from this company to me. *******@gmail. Don't waste your money!

Where to begin. I ordered a chemical through Amazon to clean water spots on my shower glass. I opened the product and attempted to used it only to find hard rock like substances in it. I almost scratched my glass. Luckily I was able to catch it in advance. After contacting customer service. They advised me a return label was in the mail. 2 weeks went by and nothing. I attempted contacting them multiple times only to be ignored. It's not the money but the principal. I took it upon myself to ship it back. We'll see how this now plays out. I'll be opening disputes wherever I need to more importantly sharing my experience with others. I'll never do business with this company again.

Tip for consumers:
There customer service is a joke. I had to repeat myself multiple times and still got nowhere.

I ordered a steam generator package with an ibutler control. The packages needed to be signed for and I was not home the first attempts. I rerouted and recieved the generator package at my office. I was unaware that the control panel was not included in the box. Apparently a different package with the panel went back to them. I received an email telling me to contact them on march 6. I have been attempting multiple emails directly and through amazon and many direct calls to no avail. My project is being held up because without the panel I cannot finish tile project. I fear I am out $1700.

I order a Moen tub and shower kit on 6/21/20. The item showed as in stock at ShowerDoorDirect.com. It was scheduled to arrive between 6/30-7/6/20. When it did not arrive, I tried to call the number listed on the website, only to find that it is not possible to talk with anyone. The call directs you to their website, where I was informed that it was on backorder and would be delivered. After leaving several more messages, I was informed that the item was lost in shipment. I would NEVER buy from this company again - it is the worst! No customer service, and falsely advertising an item in stock when it wasn't available.

Prices are low but quality is very poor. We discovered that one panel was incorrectly cut and it was the mistake of the company...

Ordered through Walmart.com. The order was not delivered on the date. To be precise, they got the label made, but the item never got shipped. Label was made a week ago! Contacted them, and had to wait for their response. But came to this site and found the horrible review. Took my chance and called Walmart and got a full refund.

I am glad that I got to this review. Hope people read this before they order from this horrible company!

Ordered a vanity through Amazon and paid for 2 day shipping. Amazon sent tracking info which was wrong. I called Amazon they couldn't help since it was being shipped by Showerdoor Direct. SDD NEVER answers the phone and only responded to email AFTER I cancelled the order. I left numerous voice mails begging for tracking info. They didn't ship until after the date it was supposed to be delivered. I know I'm in for a major fight to get a refund. Don't ever order from Showerdoor Direct.com

Really poor experience. After waiting 4 weeks for my item, I contacted them for a status update.

Their reply: still don't have your item; do you want to cancel?

My reply: yes, cancel.

I ordered the item from another source only to have this one show up. After returning this, ShowerDoorDirect only gave me about half credit. Don't know if the difference was a restock fee or original shipping, but given the failure was entirely on their part, I thought this was really lame way to treat me.

Placed an order through Wal Mart, cancelled the order before it shipped. Shower Door Direct still shipped after it was cancelled. Wanted me to pay postage back on their mistake and then wanted a 20% re-stocking fee. This is a dishonest company. Do not order from them.

I placed an order on amazon through this company. First they changed the date it was going to arrive. Then it didn't show up so I contacted them. They gave me a generic response. After several contacts and waiting for a month I still didn't get my item. Then they told me they'd have the item in stock on a certain date so I reordered the item. I checked again to see if they had it. They told me it was lost in transit, but it had clearly never shipped. Then after that they told me they didn't have it again over a week after the new date. FORGET IT.

Buyer beware, We ordered through Walmart. Tried to cancel 20 minutes later. They would not pick up the phone. Left messages. Between return shipment and 20% restocking fee, we paid $130 for nothing. Shame on Walmart for having these thieves as a 3rd party vendor.

I bought a retractable screen door on the Sears website it went to Shower Door Direct they sent me to damage doors and now refusing to issue a refund 2 months later horrible customer service do not buy anything from Shower Door Direct

I ordered a faucet through showerdoordirect.com on Amazon on Feb 3rd. Today is March 15th, and I still don't have the item I ordered. This company has held up my renovation for a month now. The problem started when they decided to send me a substitution without asking if that was okay. It wasn't. I called Saturday and Monday, and no one would call me back. I finally got an email response, and they indicated they would send the correct faucet. But they wouldn't actually call me to confirm -- despite my numerous requests and calls. I NEVER got to speak to a live person. Apparently, they sent out a replacement via USPS, and it apparently got lost. I had to call THEM to find out that it had been returned to them, after I spent all week tussling with the post office. They said they'd send the faucet back out -- still refused to call me. And then they emailed to say they were sending a substitution. Wow! That was the problem in the first place. What an incredible waste of my time. Please, save yourself the brain damage, and shop somewhere that actually cares about customer satisfaction.
