I bought a few items from Terrain for Christmas, ordering mid-November, most arrived, one didn't. (The one, the star for the top of the Christmas tree was expensive, but spindly, crooked and low quality, nonetheless I am using it) I sent an email querying the missing item and asking for a refund, I received a response today - Christmas eve - saying the product (which I wanted for a Christmas gift) is out of stock and will be in stock in January and they will send it then. They completely ignored the fact that it is a Christmas gift, and ignored my request for a refund. I will never ever shop at this store again and will warn everyone against them. The prices are very high, quality is poor (a bowl I paid just over $100 for last year for plants is falling apart, they advertised it as terracotta, which should last forever, I think it is paper).

A vase arrived cracked in half, dried lavender bouquets were totally bare and falling apart, the coconut husk doormat was shedding all of its husk, and the moss wall frame looked like it was put together by a five year old. They don't refund shipping at all, so I'm out of pocket $20. And Terrain has yet to refund me for the fourth item even though it's been almost a month. Horrible customer service when I call - people don't know what they're talking about, the return label took 45+ min to create when I called up because I was at UPS. And of course everything's super overpriced. I'll never buy anything from them again.

Spent hundreds of dollars on lights and strands last winter. Finally set them all up yesterday for the holidays and two lights flat out don't work. CS response after i sent a short, pleasant email asking them to replace? They will do nothing as it's outside their 30 day window. Absolutely ridiculous and utterly disappointing. In this day and age CS is EVERYTHING and with so many shopping options, they shot themselves in the foot.

F- to Terrain, I won't shop there again - even though I had more of the lights and strands for my office quite literally in my shopping cart and ready to order.
