Terrain

A vase arrived cracked in half, dried lavender bouquets were totally bare and falling apart, the coconut husk doormat was shedding all of its husk, and the moss wall frame looked like it was put together by a five year old. They don't refund shipping at all, so I'm out of pocket $20. And Terrain has yet to refund me for the fourth item even though it's been almost a month. Horrible customer service when I call - people don't know what they're talking about, the return label took 45+ min to create when I called up because I was at UPS. And of course everything's super overpriced. I'll never buy anything from them again.

High quality products at an excellent price. I would recommend them without a doubt to anyone because the amazing products are the best I've ever owned and had at my house. Products don't break easily unlike most that are available at the market.

Spent hundreds of dollars on lights and strands last winter. Finally set them all up yesterday for the holidays and two lights flat out don't work. CS response after i sent a short, pleasant email asking them to replace? They will do nothing as it's outside their 30 day window. Absolutely ridiculous and utterly disappointing. In this day and age CS is EVERYTHING and with so many shopping options, they shot themselves in the foot.

F- to Terrain, I won't shop there again - even though I had more of the lights and strands for my office quite literally in my shopping cart and ready to order.

The marble bath accessories are my favorite products from Terrain. They look so elegant and beautiful, makes my bathroom much prettier. I got a soap dish, a tumblr and a soap dispenser, all in marble material cuz they look better than the other options.

Got the most beautiful plater from Terrain. I didn't want a very big product so I purchased it in medium so it wouldn't stand out in my dining area at my apartment. I found the Barnacle Ridged Pot the most beautiful from the options available so I purchased that.
