Spent 314,91 $ on ten items. Received garbage. Shortly after placing order I came across of reviews and asked them to cancel my order ( less then 24 hours later). Never received response. Pay pal says that since I got the goods ( cheap looking garbage), they can't do anything. I have to spend over 200$ on shining to China to get my 314$ refund. Trying to resolve it through my credit card company. See what happens.

This is junk quality K-mart fabric. The photos on website are fabulous and I spent over $200 thinking I had a new wardrobe coming. The fabric was not at all linen looking. And it had threads hanging and poorly seamed plus the Larges I ordered were all Medium in size. I knew it was low low quality. I realized I couldn't fit in them but put it all in the wash in preparation for seeing how it held up annd give it to my daughters if the stuff didn't shrink another size. But it shrunk more and fabric was garbage after washing. I took it all to the thrift store as a donation. I was taken.

So disappointed, false advertising. They are not cotton linen. I pay for $85, but it only worth for $10. I should read the review before to buy from them. All the cloth not like the photo show on their website. It is scam.

I purchased a pair of pants and a dress from FRAY NYC. What I received is an absolute joke. The pants were supposed to have embroidered flowers on them. The actual pants had an iron-on vinyl sticker made to look like embroidery. The dress was unrecognizable as a dress. It was laughable how cheap looking everything was. The fabric was practically see-through. I contacted them for a refund and they offered me $20 of the $70 I spent with the excuse that return shipping would be too expensive. They did offer to send me the return address and to refund my money, but that was 3 weeks ago and they still haven't sent me the address. Liars.

Almost a month I made an order, and this is the time that I am still waiting for the order to arrive. They took the payment on time but didn't send the items. I would like to cancel my order but I don't know how because they already cash my payment.

I have never received my order for April. I received emails back when I inquired. They were full of misinformation, delay tactics and outright lies. I have been asking for a refund for quite some time. DO NOT ORDER FROM FRAYNYC! I feel like I have been a hamster on a wheel trying to finally realize I will never get my order (which I was excited to get, before I read all the reviews on the low quality of their products). Now I can only hope I get my refund! I would give them a 0 stars if possible.

Ordered a top and paints see pictures! I ordered this in May 2020 and didn't receive it until 1st of September but I wouldn't have been so upset if it was worth the wait! Looks like kindergarten kids made this. I spent $80.00 for 2 pieces of clothing that are worth maybe $10.00 (ten dollars) and still wouldn't pay $10.00 for this cheep and trashy clothes. They should be ashamed to take money for this trash. I hope no one else will order from them! False advertising! Showing clothes they don't have!

I just filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.

I have only received three of the five suits I ordered over six weeks ago. They do not work for me, so I'll be returning them. I am still missing two of the suits from my order.

I have emailed five times now for various reasons (to get tracking information, start return process) and have not heard back. I emailed one more time today, which is the sixth email, and told the company I contacted the BBB.

They DID reply to me when I emailed initially to ask about 'try on' policy. I was reassured that I could try suits on and returns are free should items not work out. After that exchange, there's been no response from anyone.

Extremely frustrating and disappointing. At this point, it would have been more cost effective to buy a suit at Nordstrom. The prices of the five suits I ordered were around $160 in total... The three I have don't work and the other two have not arrived. My plan to save money backfired. Hah! Lesson learned.

I would definitely not waste your time or money with this company, folks.

The merchandise looks great on-line. In reality, it is the cheapest crap you can imagine. And, if you want to return it - forget about it. They will not refund your money. They tell you you have to personally pay for return charges to the other side of the world and "why don't you give it as a gift". I wouldn't give this trash to Goodwill. I paid $40 for a piece of $#*! and they gave me an $11 refund after some debate. Save your money. This company sucks. Now, ask me how I really feel. Total scam. Why doesn't Facebook monitor their vendors?

When you see their clothes on pictures, it looks so nice, good quality fabrics, nice design etc...
In person... NO GOOD! Did not realize I would receive a pair of pants that would be just plain the stretch kind, which in itself could work. I am ok with stretchy fabrics, BUT it has to at least be of a minimum quality -not the case here-, AND the sizeS should be true! I ordered a xl and xxl. I am curvy woman and I like to have room. Both sizes look the same! Super long legs on both and look like it would fit a size 2 or 4 to have the room I usually like!
That brand is just ridiculous. I received, opened the package, got ultra disappointed and just thrown the items (the pants) in the garbage. Did not even try to send them back. DO NOT BUY! I am not usually so cut and dry, but it is just a scam. There is no other words for it.

Sent an item that only resembled the dress I ordered. Item was so cheaply made. Wouldn't fit a five year old child although I ordered an adult medium. Company would not refund my money even though they guarantee 100% satisfaction and full refunds. Asked me for a picture of the dress. Then said they would send another size. They said they would give me a credit, then sent me three emails saying they were 5 days behind in answering emails. No phone number to contact everything from China. Still no refund! Had to dispute charge with American Express. This company is total fraud. There are over 400 reviews on trust pilot saying same thing.

If there is zero star, I will give them! I recently purchased products. From the website and pictures, products look beautuful and with high qaulity. Once you recieved it, it is a diferent story. I try to conact the company through their website and email many times, no any response. Let's see if they recah out to me and if I get my return. Washing your time, do not buy the product!

This shop is a joke, I ordered a dress on Apr. 29,2021. This shop sent me an email and a text and said my dress has been shipped, so like any normal person I wanted to track my order, just see where, what state how close is it, but I could not find a tracking number, they only gave me an order number. Hmmm suspicious, than I downloaded the tracking they told me and nothing took me right back to the same site, ups, no fedx, nothing to track. This shop had no contact information but a website address, so I sent them an email and the told me a week later that my order was over sited and that they could send it out again but my weeks will start all over. Now 3-5 weeks. So I asked for priority mail they said no, than I asked for a refund May 21 and said it would be in my account in 2-3 business days its June 2 and I still don't have my money.

Wish I would have read your reviews before purchasing. They are a total scam. Blouse says linen and cotton. I did get it. Polyester and spandex. A piece of crap. Wish someone can shut them down!

Ladies, please don't waste your hard earned money on this absurdly overpriced garbage!
It's super low quality, oddly sized, unbranded crap shipped from China and to add insult to injury all of their "apparel" can be purchased on eBay for a FRACTION of what this company is charging! What they're doing should be considered criminal and it's absolutely appalling. For example: tie waisted maxi dress Ebay-$9 vs Fray-$50. This "company" should be ashamed of themselves.
