*Got even more ridiculous when I called to rectify. The gentleman at customer service could not find anything fishy with the fact that I not only did NOT make my first purchase (using my formal name, orig CC # and personal email address) but that the "membership that I had "allegedly" signed up for? That was in my nickname, the BRAND NEW CC# I HAD TO GET TO REPLACE THIS ONE THAT WAS DEFRAUDED, but also my business email! Nothing strange about that right? Except that I received a FRAUD alert from my bank 2mins after the original purchase was made in my name on Nov 6, so why on God's green Earth would I continue business with this shady company to add a membership a month later? Don't do it, folks. Cute, shiny things aren't worth this nightmare.

Q: I ordered several bracelets from this website on 12-1-16. The money was charged to my bank account on 12-5-16. The website says delivery take no more than 3 weeks. I have YET to receive ANY of my bracelets, that were going to be Christmas presents, and now they've charged me nearly $60 in monthly "Membership" fees because they counted my 3 separate purchases as 3 separate customers! I've emailed their customer service, and not reply. Calling my bank today. How ironic that a website that claims to help support women, is the same company that's ripping off us off.
I ordered 3 bracelets from the site, they arrived as scheduled. However, I was then charged for a membership that I never agreed to($19.95/month) for an additional three months. I have emailed their support team numerous times to tell them to stop charging me, and they continue to charge me. I've filed dispute claims with my credit card agency.
Wish there were various perspectives or things: front and back sees. Nearly requested a lovely sweatshirt however it just showed the back. Perhaps the front view. Was a deal executioner. Simply attempting to track down my away site. I frequently hit some unacceptable back bolt which tosses me back to the web. Other than that, I love your extraordinary choices.

Same thing happened to me as several others here: ordered something, the 'membership' is hidden in the fine print, and got months of charges for it. Just spoke with the company and they are giving me 3 months credit and gift cards. Don't support this scam outfit! They also seem to have other branches, sweet simply vegan is one I find, so beware of others.
I could spend all day long browsing through your site. There is everything a woman needs indeed. Even such a picky customer as I am was able to find a perfect fit for me. Thanks for the quick delivery. I will definitely come back for more.
Absolutely terrible. Took forever to receive my order and when I did receive it I was so disappointed in it. It looks like something you would get from a bubble gum machine. Definitely not worth the money.

This company does warn you about the membership. I placed an order and knew about the membership. They received my cancellation, told me my order was updated, and shipped them anyway. They then charged me for three months of membership over a two month period. There is no way to cancel the membership because I don't even have an account on their website. I called my bank for resolution, hopefully enough people will call their banks to red flag them.
I ordered from this website one time and have been getting fraudulent charges from them ever since. After going in circles with customer service, who could not assure me that my information would be removed from their system, I have had to cancel my card in order to stop this. Their products are low quality and the staff are unhelpful. There are better sites to order cheaply made products from.

Answer: Call them right away and tell them you do not want a membership and request a refund of monthly subscription cost!
Answer: Call your bank and cancel the transaction. Say you never rec'd the services. That's all it takes. This company is atrocious!
Answer: You can do that through the website or by calling. I would call either way to confirm your monthly subscription has been cancelled. Check your account for next month or two to make sure they have done so. On a bright note: I WAS refunded my 2nd month's subscription fee, I saw the credit when I checked my account. But I was told the first month could not be refunded - so time is of the essence!
