I'm not happy I got charged a monthly fee in December and January that I didn't authorize. I have asked for a credit to my Charge account for both months. I'm hoping this happens soon. My phone number is *******656.
This company is a scam. I ordered some simple rings for my daughters and god daughter two years ago for Christmas. They cost very little (and are only worth very little), but what I didn't realize is that in VERY small print at the bottom of my order it said that I was enrolled in a membership. Membership for what? Over the course of a year, I ended up with almost $200 in membership fees (small charges every month that were easy to overlook) before I caught it. Once I caught it, I called to cancel which they grudgingly did. Now I just noticed that they started charging me again so I will have to deal with them again. DO NOT order from them because they will continue to find ways to charge you. Sneaky and dishonest.
My experience with Fem Things was quick & easy. I ordered two rings and got a third one free plus free shipping. Which I thought was wonderful for the price I paid. My items were delivered to me fairly quick. I love the rings I ordered. The material is very durable. I've been wearing my ring since I got it. I haven't taken it off at all. I gave the other two rings to my daughter & her friend. So we now have matching rings. So cute! I absolutely love the affirmation engraved on it. I will definitely order more jewelry and I would definitely recommend Fem Things to my family & friends for sure. Can't wait to see what other kind of cool jewelry they have.
I purchased 6 bracelets (3 separate charges) on November 29... FINALLY received 3 of the bracelets on Dec 22 -- and as of Feb 4, have STILL not received the other 3. I contacted the company numerous times -- and was told "we have just shipped them; you should receive them soon" -- then later "they are on back order and should arrive in the next several weeks"... both times they offered to give me a refund; the first time I said "no, as long as they are on their way". The second time (several weeks ago), I asked for the refund -- which they never gave. No refund & no bracelets. And as for the 3 bracelets I did receive, one of the 3 broke two weeks after my daughter put it on. TerrIble quality. This business is a pure scam!
I ordered I Am Enough rings, get one free. Was charged for expedited shipping, 19.87 13 days later to enroll me into something without my permission. Asked for refund & my request has to be transferred to someone else for approval?
This site took my money for items I have never received and they do not respond to customer service inquiries. They don't list any phone numbers and only have a single email address for any form of contact. On Facebook many people report being charged for multiple items they never purchased.
I am going to report them to the Better Business Bureau.
Don't buy from this site!
I have been charged for a " membership" charge monthly of $19.87 which I am unaware of ever signing up for, many others complained of the same thing. I never would sign up for a membership ever to a store. I read now that they sign you up automatically unless you answer an email saying you do t want it. Then they take your CC and charge it monthly. I will never order from them again. I had order" sisters in Christ" bracelets, only to be scammed nearly $400!

Ordered one item, membership was hidden in fine print. Complained and was given a "store credit" rather than a refund. Used said credit and an still waiting for shipment. (Shipping EXCLUDED from credit. Will NEVER use this site again.

I spent $100 and they tricked me into some monthly membership that I am trying to cancel and I cannot because no one picks up the phone and no one calls me back. I emailed them and they email me back some automated random message. I am working with my credit card company to get these 4 months of $19.87 off my account. What a shame that you cannot even buy something without being tricked.

Awful quality! I bought one of the cute fruit anklets and a set of rings. The anklet broke in half the moment I took it out the bag and the rings had rough edges. The rings were also extremely small. Like they could fit in a child's fingers.
Overall my experience was not good at all!
I ordered the "I Am Enough" ring and am very happy with it. The metal is sturdy yet can still be adjusted for size. I used small pliers with a cloth between them and the ring to make it smaller. I also made the parts with words on them fit closer together. The ring came quickly and when I contacted the company with a question they responded quickly. Given the quality of the ring and their customer service I am quite happy with buying from them.
I ordered bracelets from this site 12/8/16 and never received them! They have yet to respond to my messages and how convenient there isn't any tracking information or any phone numbers for this 'so called company'. I have disputed all these charges with my credit card company and will be filing formal complaints with BBB.
I had purchased a ring on this website. It must be in some fine print because it also signed me up for a monthly membership that I have been charged for each month! I have requested to cancel the membership and it still has yet to be done!
I placed an order for one bracelet and they sent me 4 bracelets. I called customer service and they argued with me that I had placed an order for the 4 bracelets. They never sent an itemized list so I can't send them back. Now I am out the money they charged me for something I didn't want! Will never do business with this company again. I should have read all the negative reviews first!

It was easy to shop here. I had a problem on my end with the order and received the most prompt and courteous response. We were able to correct my issue and I was able to share my purchased gifts with friends in time for our celebration - and they loved them!

No where did I get a membership or any indication of such and I didnt see this charge for months not sure even what was bought or by who. They wouldn't tell me or cancel it when I requested. I'm disputing it all

I need help I am confused it says that my order shipped separately. If, the Chica order was shipped I never received any tracking number. Other than that. I love your jewelry. I have no complaints. I know that I will becoming a member soon.
I ordered two bracelets. And that's it! A month later I'm getting charged for a membership fee I didn't buy. I'm trying to contact them but there is no phone number and everytime I try to contact them I get returned to their FAQ page. I'm pissed!
Answer: Call them right away and tell them you do not want a membership and request a refund of monthly subscription cost!
Answer: Call your bank and cancel the transaction. Say you never rec'd the services. That's all it takes. This company is atrocious!
Answer: You can do that through the website or by calling. I would call either way to confirm your monthly subscription has been cancelled. Check your account for next month or two to make sure they have done so. On a bright note: I WAS refunded my 2nd month's subscription fee, I saw the credit when I checked my account. But I was told the first month could not be refunded - so time is of the essence!
