I love this bracelet. Ordered when my mom was diagnosed with breast cancer, Now I have it, and continue to wear it for both of us...but they keep breaking and falling off.
First ordered a pack of 3. All 3 have had them break and fall off or get lost. Had to order another 2.
Bought the "I Am Enough" rings for a camp my nonprofit is running for girls this summer. The name.of the camp is... I Am Enough! Perfect! Planned to order 2 or 3 to give as prizes, but the process was so simple and the cost so affordable, I ordered 10! And got a bonus rose-gold one for my daughter. Now each camper will have a beautiful reminder that they are enough. And the rings are very good quality and just a great value.
I haven't used them since 2017 and they've continued randomly charging my account for random $2+change amounts. When I contacted support, their excuse is that the charge is for "saved shopping carts, electronic access to un-used gift card codes or custom account modifications". They claim the charge will be refunded to me in the next 5-10 business days, but it never should have occurred at all.
I ordered the 'I Am Enough ring. Accepted offer for "free" ring. I got 2 emails about the order confirm & shipping. Then last week the silly company takes a membership fee of $19.95 from my account. I'm sure you can buy this stuff on eBay, Amazon or Claire's
I will say that the quality of the jewelry that I received is very nice and very up to standards. It came in a great time frame. But the thing that left a sour taste is that I was charged for a membership that I knew nothing about twice. It was not something I wanted. I wanted to make a one time purchase and leave it at that, especially with how things are I can not have unexpected charges show up in my account. Very unacceptable. I will not recommend on that alone especially when I ordered did it mention I would have to be a member to purchase from this site.
The experience was pleasant. Even though I did not select additional items, I am satisfied so far. Anxious to see the promis of a timely rush order and quality of the purchased items, as these are gifts for my two biological sisters

My shopping experience was good but I was a bit skeptical when I placed my order. There were a lot of information at the checkout process such as promotions and information that was confusing. And that leads to the second reason I didn't give a five star rating because somehow I signed up for the membership which I had no idea about but thankfully it was taken care of and the membership was canceled. It would have been helpful when the order is placed to have received a contact information like a phone # in case of any questions. Overall, I was pleased with the bracelets. They are very pretty.

I have done two orders with FemThings and have gotten everything I've ordered, though I have to usually wait a few weeks and gets multiple small shipments. I've bought some clothing items and some bracelets. I like the bracelets, but the clothing is so-so. It's obviously not made to American sizing, and even though I'm a med/L here, I have to order XL for things to fit. Thankfully I have a daughter and smaller friends so I can give stuff away that's too small. Paying 20/month for the membership basically forces me to go in and order every month and use the $20 coupon code, so it's a "wash"... but that means I need to find $50/month worth of stuff to buy to get the free shipping with it as well. I'm not sure how long I'll keep doing it, but since it's close to holiday time, I have found some good things for presents.
I found the way your company operates to be terribly confusing. I still don't know what I get in a subscription, or what it cost. The merchandise itself is nice, once it arrives, but an email or text confirming my order would have helped clarify things, especially at Christmas, when I did all my shopping online. I shopped at many online websites this year and I forgot the purchases I made at Fem Things, and a reminder would have been nice. Your packaging was fine. I have a shop on a web site, and my experience with FemThings, opened my eyes to features I could improve on it.

The I am enough ring is oh so beautiful I bought this ring for myself but I will gift this to my daughter because I never want her to forget that she is enough all by herself... never settling for anything less!
Easy and looks good easy to shop the website however, bracelets are so small they could fit a baby nowhere could I find how many inches it is you're so tiny don't used to me

Placed a order on July 8th. Was notified it was shipped on July 22nd. Today is August 14th and still have not received it although my account was dubbed for payment on the 22nd. Told by customer service to give it a few more days?!

I have no problem with the product I ordered but since that order i have been charged multiple times by FemThings and it's really a disappointment so apparently it's not a safe site to order from. I order one time but have charges come up on my bank email daily.

Answer: Call them right away and tell them you do not want a membership and request a refund of monthly subscription cost!
Answer: Call your bank and cancel the transaction. Say you never rec'd the services. That's all it takes. This company is atrocious!
Answer: You can do that through the website or by calling. I would call either way to confirm your monthly subscription has been cancelled. Check your account for next month or two to make sure they have done so. On a bright note: I WAS refunded my 2nd month's subscription fee, I saw the credit when I checked my account. But I was told the first month could not be refunded - so time is of the essence!
