Quick and easy. The only issue was that the package was held at the post office and not delivered to my home address. I had to check the tracking to find out why it wasn't delivered on time and it said "package held at post office per customers request" which I did not request.

This is the worst experience I've ever had. I've been waiting on a refund for two months of a membership that I never even show I was a member. It's been a nightmare. And I'm still waiting.

Check your account for next month or two to make sure they have done so. On a bright note: I WAS refunded my 2nd month's subscription fee, I saw the credit when I checked my account. But I was told the first month could not be refunded - so time is of the essence!
