I had a similar experience as others here. I bought Mystery Science Theater 3000. Money was debited from my account. After about 3 weeks, I wrote and told them I had not received the item. Four days later no reply. Thieves I think. Now I have to waste time trying to make them miserable.
I bought the complete series of the Wondfer Years which turned out to be home burned dvds that someone illegally copied from digital tv and put in a make-shift box. Some of the episodes actually had spanish subtitles which were left on. THEY ARE A SCAM and sell illegally downloaded and copied materials for a profit!
I purchased Boy Meets World from this website on the 4th of February for $37.94. The shipping was Priority Mail, which to the best of my knowledge is 3-4 days. I hadn't received anything so I noticed on the 8th is when it officially went through my account. So I gave it a few more days. Still no package. Finally, I tried contacting Shopbuyclick's number 518-512-077, it rang continuously with no way to leave a message and I wrote their contact box. Nothing. I even wrote Shopbuyclick again giving them the knowledge that I was contacting higher authorities. Still nothing. It is now the 22nd. I don't know if they are a spoof website or if their customer service is really that bad. My advice. Try every where else before resorting to this website.
