SCAM ALERT: ShopAtHome - select a merchant and you will immediately be directed to the merchant website without forcing you to login to your account. Meaning - you will purchase something, shopathome will receive a rebate and YOU WONT. What a scam!

Tv stops working after 6months and I'm being ignored with shop at home now i have to go through trading standards

I was impressed by this site and even downloaded their toolbar. I used their coupon section and was beginning to use their rebate section. But then they did something unforgivable in my book -THEY POSTED THEIR ADS ON MY FACEBOOK PAGE!

Not on the side but on my wall where the comments go, like I was endorsing them. I don't know how I was tricked into giving them my Facebook page. I was so angry I UNINSTALLED their toolbar. Glad to see from other reviewers, I'm not missing much!

I have trouble with any site who does not identify the owners or who is responsible for their site. Most likely it is Tammy Prochaska, from WI, A/K/A The Coupon Lady. Her husband Marv sued his former employer, Menards, for millions because they fired him... he lost. IMO, These two people think their poop does not smell, and they think they are better than everyone else. They are both mean and hateful and I would NEVER do business with either of them. Tammy comes off to be friendly, but don't turn your back on her and Marv, ask Menards Home Improvements about him. Don't you people realize this internet coupon business is a scam and you are only making people like the ones mentioned above rich by using it to save a tiny bit of money? Go by local, from the local merchants and stop supporting China jobs and big Corporations by falling for the coupon scams. Besides, most of the coupon foods are loaded with GMO, chemicals, preservatives and are killing you. If you look at Tammy's backside you would see the results of eating coupon foods.

I do a lot of on-line shopping. Going through Shop-at-Home's portal gives me extra cash back from vendor sites I frequent anyway. What's not to like?

We've used ShopAtHome for more than five years. Initially it was worth the extra hassle to log into their site before shopping, but recently they quit paying for large purchases and use excuses / spiels that it was the retailer's fault or it didn't meet guidelines, etc. I'm sorry, but when we have used the SAME retailer multiple times every year for regular purchases and ALL small receipts under $200.00 get cashback EXCEPT the large purchase receipts with the SAME household products and a few additional items that met guidelines and SHOULD have qualified then we are getting scammed. WHY would we want to keep giving Shop At Home our personal information and buying history to get cash back if Shop At Home isn't going to honor our large purchases that MET the guidelines anymore... Hope they see this review and realize how many people they are losing. We WILL NOT RECOMMEND THEM AGAIN... FYI Shop AT Home don't even bother posting a please contact us comment like you have on other reviews... We have done that, followed all rules, contacted customer service AND the retailer that verified our purchase and you STILL tried to blame it on the retailer... Not falling for it again, you are scamming people and you know it. For those that say this is free $ they get their's from affiliate programs and advertise like we get cash back, but they are becoming unethical when they don't honor our part of the cash back even after purchases met the guidelines. We will be going with OTHER companies from now on.

ShopAtHome ripped me big time on paying me rebates that I had earned through their site. After I made the purchases(Puritans Pride)through SAH I wasn't getting paid the rebate, so On their site I used their trackback to prove that I used their site to make my purchase's but they claimed that when they contacted Puritans Pride that I went direct through Puritans Puritan's Pride so that was why they wouldn't pay the rebates(about $20-$25)even though they had the proof I went through and used SAH to make my purchases.So it doesn't make a difference if they say they are offering any % back if they don't pay the rebate after purchase, so buyer beware when using their "Cash Back"Site.
