The overall reputation of the company is markedly negative, with a significant number of customers expressing frustration over service delays, unfulfilled orders, and poor communication. While some reviews highlight positive experiences regarding product quality and timely deliveries, these instances are overshadowed by widespread complaints about unresponsive customer service and difficulties with refunds and returns. Many customers report feeling cheated, indicating a lack of trust in the company's practices. This feedback suggests that the company must urgently address its customer service issues and improve operational transparency to regain consumer confidence.

Great value, perfect product that I can use now everyday around my house.
Ordered the apple ear buds and they arrived a couple weeks later, looks to be authentic but I'm not doing any comparisons.
I bought two things and they both came within a short amount of time and were correct.
Had an issue with my order and their Customer service was right on it. It was taken care of in 2 hours. I will definetely buy from them again!
I bought a set of microfiber sheets, king size for $35. They are soft and warm and they breath, honestly they are perfect. I still haven't washed them yet, so we'll see how they stand up to the true test.
Unfortunately no stars isn't a option. I had been waiting for my product since September upon contacting in October this company was promised a refund, yet to receive it's now November. I will never trust this company again
How can you sell an alarm clock that comes with a sticker on it that its parts have been known to cause cancer? Not pleased.
I can't rate it yet, won't know till after Christmas! I love the idea though! I hope it gets my teen OUT OF BED! LOL
Takes your money, changes company name, and tell you " any credits offered prior to our involvement were unable to be transferred to your new account."
I purchased some deals from nCrowd (now BoomStreet) back in Feb 2015; 3 months later I asked them where are my orders and they said their stock ran out (and didn't even think about contacting me about this), so they will offer me 2x the store credits. I didn't find any deal I like after that so didn't really use it.
Just last night I found out they are broke and changed their name to BoomStreet, and they are not giving people their money back! I still have ~$70 with them, the least they could have done was to inform customers they are closing down and remind us to use our store credits, but no they didn't even do that.
Praise the Lord the credit card company agreed to refund me (was so grateful!) - I suggest anyone who purchases deal from this company - keep track of your orders - if they do not arrive on time and they offer you store credit, redeem it asap or call your credit card company to dispute it asap! They are sketchy and sneaky!
This storage solution is a great way for our daughter to store out of season shoes under her bed. The zippered container keeps shoes organized and dust free. Perfect idea!
Boomstreet bought out nCrowd, which was a very sketchy company. They sold certificates for businesses that would not honor them or were out of business, then would not refund your money. Even after I notified them that the company I had a certificate for was out of business, then continued to list them for sale on their website for weeks. They promised credits for the unusable certificates, but then disappeared and reappeared as Boomstreet. Boomstreet won't honor the nCrowd credits, so your money is just gone. I recommend you avoid Boomstreet and stick with the known good companies such as Groupon, where any problem is remedied quickly.
The product was just as described and arrived in a timely fashion. Love boom street!
I am somewhat disappointed. Ordered the iPad cover thinking it was ahold deal only to discover shortly after that it was $3 cheaper on Amazon. And Amazon Prime. So it took over a week to get here and cost more
The lip pencils stayed all day, the eye pencils did smudge but great product all together!
We have just spent 2 nights at the Devonport Hotel and you could not fault the hotel in anyway. The staff could not do enough to help you, food superb. We would use again anytime.
Yeah, this company used to be ncrowd, and then they changed their name, kept everyone's ncrowd money, and didn't deliver. I lost $50 to these slimeballs. Notice that Boomstreet still tries to use ncrowd's Better Business Bureau rating to promote their site, yet they claim not to be ncrowd anymore. Based on my experience, they are dishonest and are horrible to deal with.
This review is the same as the one I wrote for nCrowd, because they are the same company. Different name, same company, same scam.
I purchased a custom canvas deal from EthicalDeal.com ('powered by nCrowd') in June, and decided to use it in early September. When I logged on to redeem it, I noticed that I couldn't find the vendor associated with the deal. I emailed nCrowd's customer service and received a reply saying that the vendor is "no longer able to honour" their vouchers, and that I would receive a credit on their site instead of a refund. At first, I thought that the vendor was the bad party, but after reading the reviews here, I don't blame them for no longer honouring nCrowd's vouchers.
I was also disappointed that I wouldn't be receiving a refund, but thinking that nCrowd was a legitimate business at that time, I was OK with the credit, as I thought I would be getting another deal sometime in the near future. Lo and behold, Ethicaldeal/nCrowd's site stopped having deals up on their sites in early October, and when I emailed them asking when they would have deals again and whether I can get a refund instead, I received the same stock answer that everyone else did - from the same person who replied to me initially! (See pictures) nCrowd is now Boomstreet. They claim that they've only acquired the names and database from nCrowd, but not the revenues.
I may have only lost $23.20, but it is money that I could have spent on a legitimate business, and the way that this business has scammed so many people here upsets me. I wish there was a way to shut Boomstreet down as well. If only we could shut down their Facebook page: https://www.facebook.com/BoomStreetUS/
So ridiculous how they can just come back under a new name to scam more people.
They have been known as three different names before BoomStreet and will not give refunds. Groupon and Living Social are the best
