I ordered a t-shirt the same size as another MLB shirt I own. The new shirt is ridiculouslly larger. MLBShop has no exchange policy, only returns. And you pay shipping. Return process may take up to 2 weeks plus reorder. No sense of urgency. Its a crap shoot which, with shipping, will almost double the cost of the shirt. In this day and age of free shipping and returns, why anyone would waste their time and money with MLBShop is beyonf me. THERE ARE BETTER OPTIONS.
Ordered a custom t-shirt 10/20 waited a week nothing showed up so I called lost Loss prevention nobody could tell me anything they said they canceled my order after the fourth time calling and then push the purchased through overdrafted my bank so I called and talk to the supervisor and she couldnt do nothing couldnt discount anything couldnt put nothing on my account and told me that she was sorry there was nothing she can do. The place is a $#*! show. I I had to pay the overdraft fee plus the shirt still havent seen it, its been a few weeks, I wish I could give a negative 5 stars
This site is the worst. My husband purchased a sweatshirt for me for my birthday and one for christmas. My birthday was after christmas. When I received the gift, I tried it on and it was too small. The item is still being sold on the website but because we were at 62 days after purchase, they would not return it. I hadn't worn it and cannot wear it because it is too small. I just wanted a credit and would understand if it was not being sold anymore but it is. Ridiculous. I will never buy from them again.
I ordered a shirt from here on the 15th and it didn't take my apartment number. After the order was submitted I called and asked them to change it or cancel it and they added it to the order. I was so happy! But after that it took longer than I expected for my package to arrive (I just got it today. 9 days to arrive). My shirt was in a box and not a bag, it was folded neatly and I really like it. Looks better than the picture and fits perfectly.
I used a Visa gift card to purchase a hat. The hat size I wanted was 71/4. When it arrived it was too big. I sent the cap back and they provided a refund to the gift card I purchased it with. There was no way to get the refund back because I threw the card away after the purchase because it was empty. So I said fine just send the cap back because I can gift it to someone. They said they couldn't and I had to ask visa for the refund. I asked well can't I have the number so I can contest it with visa or can't you just place the value in a gift card since I sent the cap back and you received it? They said no. So they took my money and ran. So disappointing
I placed an order that mlbshop.com said would be shipped by 11/16. It did not. I contacted their customer service and they changed the shipping location to the address where I would be for Thanksgiving. I was informed they my items would arrive during my stay away from home. That was reasonable, so I went for it. 1 of the 2 items made it, but not both. So now the 2nd item is at the vacation location and I am back at home. If I was not informed by mlbshop.com that I would receive both items while at the vacation location, I would not have changed the location and just dealt with their poor delivery service. Now a family member is having to pay to ship the 2nd item from the vacation location to my home. That is crappy customer service and an indication to NEVER order from mlbshop.com again. Fortunately for us paying customers, there are numerous other websites that treat customers with respect and are worthy of dealing with (e.g. wrigleyvillesports.com). Stay away from mlbshop.com.
I got just what I ordered and it wasn't a said price of 60 or 30 dollars. I paid 134.99 for a Rizzo gold program Cubs jersey. It came on time. I tracked it by FedEx all in the USA if you click on a discounted jersey off Facebook or a off a searc engine you will get a knockoff. It is a duplicate of the MLB Fanatics site. With 134.99 crossed out then the extra cheap price. It originates from china go to MLBshop.com directly and you won't be disappointed it is a genuine replica the ones on the field are 265 or so it is real Majestic merchandise
I placed an order for an autographed ball and holder. Received the holder without the ball and I called customer service right away. Cristin explained that the two items are shipped separately. Thanks for the great customer service and follow up to make sure I received my item. Great person to work with.

I orded a shirt online and when it processed my payment I saw It was doubled. I contacted customer service Immediately and they told me there was a $50 gift card as well. I did NOT order one. I asked If they could cancel it and they said they couldn't. So basically the site added this card that I didnt order and doesn't allow you to fix their mistake. What a scam.

My sister ordered a shirt, size large, for our father's 83rd birthday. They sent the wrong size, so the problem was their fault. My sister was told they would send out the right size immediately with a return label for the shirt that had been sent. She then got an email that they couldn't do that. She was told to send the medium shirt back first and it would take ten days to get a refund and then she would have to buy a new shirt. They were very unhelpful and gave her the run around. Thanks MLB for ruining what should have been a nice birthday for a lovely father who has been a baseball fan all his life.
Ordered 2 nickname Colorado Rockies jerseys and they misspelled the name... Not even close... What happened to quality control... I can't believe I waited a month for these Jerseys and they couldn't get it right... I'm out $300 and still waiting... Called customer service and I was told I'd be contacted in another 10 days to return order and then wait another month for them... Will not shop here again... My card information was stolen and used to make purchase on this site. When I called to report that someone was stealing from me, they refused to, one cancel the order and second to validate that the information, that should match the card was used. They are directly allowing this person to steal from me! I even offered to email a picture of my card, so that they could see that the information from the order DID NOT MATCH the information as the card holder, myself. This is completely unethical and directly tells me that all they're concerned with is money and not was is right or to do what is right. This person will be prosecuted and MLB just as well should be help accountable. There are many other websites that you can order that same items that are on this website, DO NOT just out of moral standards.

I purchased an item hoping to get it before Christmas, they do not ship it until Jan3! I called the same day to cancel, they will not cancel it. They want me to receive the item to then return it. The call center is in India, you talk to surpervisors and they do not help at all! Never again!
I ordered an. Xl shirt for my Grandson to give to his Father on Father's day. They sent 4Xl. I called customer service waited on hold for several minutes women stated she could email me a shipping label and when item was returned they would process refund. I explained I am in Az, shirt was sent to FL. She said thats all she could do. I asked for supervisor. On hold a few more minutes. Supervisor stated he would email return label to me and I could print and mail to them, or they could mail shirt to me. When they got shirt back they would issue refund. After getting very irrate that they would not take any responsibility for their mistake, nor come up with a solution that did not inconvenience me further; he agreed to credit me with refund. Never mind the dissapointment of a 10 year old surprising his father with a special Father's day gift. Do yourself a favor and shop elsewhere.
So I just bought a $100 jersey payed $20 extra for shipping because it said it was 2 day shipping! The item shipped today through fedex smartpost with a delivery date of November 29th! So I called customer service all they sayed was im sorry and I can refund the shipping money! The reason I payed the extra shipping was because i need the Jersey quickly not because i felt the need of spending an extra $20! I will never order from here again!
I placed my order on Dec 16 2016 i never got an email on shipping. Usually right aftet you placed an order online they would send you an email confirmation. But i never did so it was my mistake not to check reviews online i was in for a surprise.my total was $49.99 for a jersey but they charge my bank $53.29 that was strange so i send them an email no response and today is Dec, 19,2016 still waitting.
Answer: I would send it back if I were you and demand a refund. Full refund (shipping costs that you paid them too)
