Don't ever order from the site! You place your order, they take your money, but you never receive your item! You wait and you wait for your item and you never get it. You call customer service and they tell you that your item is no longer available. But they still took your money! You talk to a supervisor and the supervisor says they don't know when they will have your item. They don't notify you to tell you they are out of stock but they take your money anyway! It's very sad when you think you found a good site to get your fan a great item only to be disappointed you were so wrong!
Would have given the company a minus 5 stars if I could have. I ordered a World Series cap and a Justin Verlander World Series jersey for grandson's birthday and paid for expedited shipping. Received the cap, but not the jersey. I called customer service as there was no shipping info on the order. I was told that they had cancelled the order for the jersey without even an email to me. Just said they were not available. Now I can't find the jersey anywhere to order a replacement. I have never been so dissappointed! Not to mention my grandson. Honestly you're better off buying on any other website. They will lose your order, and when you go to complain, they will be "TOO BUSY" to attend you that at the end you won't get a refund. Go check on any other website before you buy here- guarantee you find better service than on this shotty sorry for an excuse page.
I answered a promotion on mlb.com that if I gave them my email address I would get 10% off my next order. The promotion also said free shipping for purchases over $60. I received the promotion in my email and after I selected the two tee shirts I wanted (total cost $70), I was given the 10% off ($7) in my cart. However, after I entered the free shipping code the 10% off disappeared without any notice. I didn't notice that the website reversed the 10% until I got the confirmation email. I called to complain and they said that you only get one promotion. Either free shipping or 10% off. Not both. Well, why then did they tell me throughout that my order was entitled to free shipping. My order was placed on the 3rd of November never got a tracking number. Changed the delivery date like 3 times i don't wanna say nothing else Just don't buy from this website & online store, don't send a gift to nobody from here, make you look bad. They are are the worst of the worst.
Desmonet was extremely helpful with this process of resolving an issue of a wrong item sent. She was able to efficiently locate the incorrect item and could look up the product based on the product ID in the system. She kept an open line of communication and went above and beyond the level of expected service.
I placed an order for Father's Day, the website it's promoting guarantee shipping before father's day and even my receipt shows the promotion. I contact them because the website stated I will not received the merchandise until Monday June 19th. They did not do anything about it. They only said I will received merchandise on Monday. HORRIBLE service, never again. They even refuse give a compensation for the false advertisement.

I was only trying to exchange a hoodie for a bigger size. I waited on the phone for over an hour and called back each time conveniently when their supposed call volume was so high. I was hung up on. I was put on hold and switched from person to person. It was a nightmare. Save your money and time.
I placed a order for a baseball cap of Puerto Rico baseball team on March 21st and they told me today that this is a special order... WHF? We have the same logo more than 10 years ago! So the order will be ship from US on April 25th and maybe I will receive it before the next MBC. Is this a MBL sport shop? Doesn't look like! Very slow, expensive and their excuse is a joke! Will never shop here again!
I ordered the hat on the fifth of November and it said it was a pre-order and It is shipping no later than the 29th how is it out of stock if I pre-ordered it on the fifth? How is this possible and... you don't tell me about it? I have to email you ten times and call? That is how I found out lol so... I ordered the same hat from the wonderful people at LIDS and my hat will be there in 2 days lol go fig.

WTF... really called on 05/06/20 only to be told custom orders can not be changed or canceled. WTF>>> really? Your telling me I wont be getting my order for two months and there is no way to cancel order. Response: yes sir its listed on our web site. After review it was on web site in fine print. ME: I understand if my custom order is being worked on or if its been shipped but nothing has been done and I will get nothing for 2 months and certainly not for Mothers Day. Sorry sir. Now I have to purchase a MD gift and maybe give this as a BD gift. I feel once you hit that purchase button your stuck and MLB does not do refunds, exchanges or cancelations. POOR POOR POOR service
I ordered two items and one took about 2 weeks to arrive and the other hasnt had a status update. When you contact customer service they tell you what you ordered and the date and time of the order - stuff I already know as I placed the order - and they never actually explain why the order has been shipped for more than 10 days. The rep couldnt even pronounce the shipped to or from city names. I will never order from this site again. Ill order from Amazon from now on.
Where did they get the sizes for these hoodies. We ordered 12 of them and by shuffling some around we were able to keep a couple of them. For the most part they were way undersized. Not a happy christmas.
My fan advocate Cristin went above and beyond to get me my replacement item which was damaged. Cristin kept me informed each time she took action and the damaged item was replaced in record time. I was very impressed with her assistance and look forward to working with her again. Louise

They cancel my orders with out comments or any information.
I was calling severas times to customer service,the are rude and they put my call on hold x 20min and the han out.

I bought some Christmas gifts from the MLB shop on Dec 19. I ordered from the website, in large part, because they had a "Christmas Guarantee". I did not receive the gifts until the evening of December 31. I filed a report with them on December 26 to cash in on their "Christmas Guarantee" and I received an email on January 1 letting me know that their guarantees don't actually mean anything. They have a long list of exceptions to their guarantees, and it pretty much covers any reason why it wouldn't arrive on Christmas.
Shame on you MLB Shop.
I cannot get anyone to answer why my shirt has not shipped. I just stopped getting updates on my order. I ordered November 3rd. It is now the 22nd and nothing. Last communication I received said I would have my order shipped now later then 11-16. Nothing. I am super annoyed. Don't order from them EVER!

Ordered a Mets Pennant Hat 30 seconds after they won, place it on overnight shipping. Not only did I not receive it, never received a notice on status. Had to call to find it was back order to possibly up to a month. I immediately asked for a refund on shipping(what was the point...).
Received hat 2 weeks later (overnight shipping!). This is now after I had a friend go down to $#*!'S buy it for me and ship it out of state and received prior too. HERE'S WHEN IT GETS FUN! I send the hat back immediately I now have to wait up to 14 days for them to tell me they received it and another 14 days to get my money refunded.
This is nothing but a means to create capital without any inventory while acquiring interest on the money you loaned them. Stay away!
Answer: I would send it back if I were you and demand a refund. Full refund (shipping costs that you paid them too)
