They take about 3 weeks to send these things out, and even then can't give you tracking information (because they use some third-party to fulfill the cards), and they screw up the information you want them to print on the carrier piece (like TO: and FROM: and MESSAGE :). . Which wouldn't be so bad, but the only place the value of the card appears is on that carrier... so when you remove it from that (so as not to be embarrassed in front of whomever you're gifting it to), you need to either tell them the amount, or write it on the card in sharpie or whatever. Totally bush league. Never again.

I order multiple jerseys and 2 out of 4 came 1 wasn't what I order but sense it was personalized the only gave 20 dollar credit if I didn't call they were going to keep my money and never notified me two jerseys we out of stock and where not polite at when I corrected them I there mess up.
They take your money dont tell you they didn't fill your order because after you paid for the merchandise they sold it to someone else. You have to contact the store to find out that your order isn't coming. They refund the money and say oh sorry its out of stock. Weird it wasn't out of stock when I PAID for it. So they use your money for over a month and hope you dont notice they didnt fill your order!
Decided to go through MLBshop because the authentic jersey of the player I wanted was unavailable anywhere else. My mom purchased it for me for my birthday. I own over a dozen jerseys baseball and football in size 44. Im usually swimming in them, or at least they fit comfortably. I received my custom jersey in size 44, and apparently Nikes run juuuuuust a tad small because the thing is SKIN TIGHT! Talked to a very nice lady in customer service who said she's been dealing with this alot since Nike started making MLB jerseys and she would write up a ticket for exchange since they don't usually exchange customized items. Recieve an automated email not 48 hours later from fanatics saying im SOL and my ticket is closed. %$ this place, now I have to go through small claims and file a formal complaint with the FTC
I had ordered a George Springer Astros jersey before the World Series had even started. When it arrived it was a Altuve Jersey. Right size wrong jersey. When it arrived the World Series were well underway with the Astros leading so when I called to try and exchange for the correct jersey they told me they were sold out and they couldnt give me any compensation. So disappointing considering the exchange wasnt my fault.
I ordered November 12/2020. It's December 22. Still haven't received package. Says still processing. Took my money. Won't answer many emails and number is not in service. CRAP STAY AWAY
Bottom line MLB has no clue how to ship anything and should be completely embarrassed. I am still waiting for a shirt order 25 days ago. I pray they go out of business.

Bought a new jersey 7 days in advance of game. Paid extra to expedite. Did not make date promised. Still waiting on refund 10 days later.
Paid an additional 15% of my total order in shipping cost and a week later I still didn't get my stuff. I just wonder if the item was sent via stage coach. I won't ever buy from this site again.

47 days later and I still have not received my item. Customer service is non existent. Generic emails sent in response to my questions I've opened a case with PayPal to get my money back.

Two items were ordered. Only one delivered. I called MLB to determine the status of the other item and was told that they would try to cancel. But an email received a day later informed me that they could not cancel the order since it was in progress ( it was in progress for over a week). I still have no idea when the order will arrive and neither does customer service. NEVER AGAIN WILL I ORDER FROM MLB. I will be contacting AMEX to credit the charges.
I placed an order of a shirt and hat on the 13th for the baseball game I was going to on the 22nd. I paid for the 4-7 day shipping. Fed ex received the order 3 days after I placed it and it is not expected delivery until the 24th. When I called customer service they had no remorse that the order I placed for this game would not get to me in time. I will not order from this company again

VERY SLOW... 6 days later on 12/14 they email me saying 1 out-of-stock and cancelled and the 3 others have shipped. 2... 3... 4 days later… no UPS tracking activity. I called them twice for information and finally on 12/18 they tell me ORDER CANCELLED - ENTIRE ORDER OUT OF STOCK. No Back Order. No Christmas gift Jerseys for my family. This place has to be the worlds worst online shopping place i have ever ordered from. And i will NEVER EVER order from them again. Placed a order on 11/3 told i would get order by 11/17. Took until 12/3 to get it. Then they tell me they are going to refund me 50.00(my order was way way more then that) for me waiting so long for my order. Told me i would have the 50.00 in 2-10 biz days. After the 10th biz day i didnt have it. I sent them a email saying that. I get a reply saying that they just put in in on there end on the 11th biz day. So i have to wait yet another 2-10 biz days. HELL will freeze over before i EVER EVER order from them again.
I ordered a jacket for my husband for Christmas on December 18, under the impression that it was guaranteed to be delivered in time of the holidays. Not only did I not get the jacket that I ordered, but today, I got a fitted hat for a random College FOOTBALL team. I am now on hold with Customer Service, where I have been languishing for the past half-hour, and have been told that I will be here for at least 40 minutes! They should have told me that my item would be delivered by Orthodox Christmas on January 7th... I will never order from them again!
