I ordered a World Series Hoodie for the Astros. Wore it one time and the threads on the wrists and hood are falling apart. I ordered a hat on the 1st and was told 5-7 day delivery. Its been 9 days and said to arrive on the 18th. I leave for a game to Seattle on the 13th. Wish I didnt order any of these items thru them. What a mess. And Customer service on the phone does not honor their lead times.
They have the worse customer service when it comes to returning an item and it take 10 days for them to even start the return process and then 3-4 weeks to get your money back!
Took three times as long to receive a over priced product as promised. Took forever for a response from the company and it was inadequate when received
I recieved 20$ promotional credits on my account which were fraudulent and decieving. After placing my order and recieving a receipt and confirmation. Orders were canceled y my account banned and locked permanently. When I called customer service, they did not have a clear idea of what was going on. Only to recieve a phone call from a Carmen lady basically lying about the issue stating that they has a "system issue" and the credit was not going to be honored. Plus after recieving emails about they mistake and apologizing. They even decided to give me 10$ credit for every order placed. Happened to de fraudulent as well since when i called about this email they basically tried to evade the questions. I reported this website to the proper online shopping fraud authorities and a case is being made.

-Email received on 11/8 (Order delayed for 12/4) Request cancellation, they processed and promised a confirmation email within 48 hours.
-Email received on 11/15 stating they cant cancel the order, that the order was processed and will be shipped on 12/4. I need to receive the product, pay return shipping and return fee.
A TOTAL FRAUDULENT BUSINESS. STAY AWAY. PLEASE CREATE A COMPLAINT AT THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU.

Been giving 3 delivery dates. 10 days is way to long after playing 6 dollars delivery fee. Promises it be here 16th then 17th now 19th
They promise a World Series hat would ship in 2 days guaranteed. It shipped in 5 days and won't arrive until Nov 2 end of day. The series will probably be over.

I purchased a "Houston Astros 2015 Cool Base Carlos Correa Jersey" on July 2,2015. After I purchased it, I was told it was back ordered. On July 23, tired of waiting, I call to cancel but have to go through the recordings first which tell me the estimated ship date is in August. When I finally reach someone, the CS lady said she could request a cancellation but if it already shipped it couldn't be cancelled. Not a problem since I just heard the ship date was over a week away. But then I get an email that very evening letting me know it shipped. Upon arrival, my husband starts noticing some things don't look quite right. I email customer service and they inform me, I bought a replica! A replica! No where did it state that the product is a replica. Not in the title, nor in the description which I copied and pasted to them. I would urge anyone to not buy from mlb.com because you may not be getting what you think you are and you will over pay for it. Other sites that I saw the jersey on, which actually stated they were replicas, as of right now, are $86.89 and I paid $109.00. UGH!
I bought 3 items from them, first items were a bundle, it was two hoodies, one custom the second regular style. I ordered those on February 2nd. Second item was a 150th anniversary reds hat that I ordered on February 11th (it came two days later) the hat was bent and creased at the bill, completely ruined. The two hoodies took a month to get here due to the fact the address was wrong (ordered it from the same account so idk how that happened.) The quality of the hoodies were terrible, it was like they went to a thrift store and had two red hoodies screen printed, I gave $112 for the hoodies. They stank to high heavens and mixed with the terrible armature quality i am never shopping there again. I suggest you spend the extra little bit at the stadium for quality
I recently ordered a jersey and after 7 days (3-7 days for standard shipping) the jersey had not been delivered so I emailed the mlb shop support and they said the jersey wouldn't be shipped in UNTIL JULY 22 AND I ORDERED IT JULY 5 COMPLETE WASTE OF MONEY AND TIME find someway else to buy your favorite team's apparel because this is a joke
I ordered 2 World Series shirts, both said they were delivered, but only received one. The quality is crappy and runs super small. I am returning the one I received.
Majestic jerseys are made in the USA, but the tag says "Made in China." You are better off going the Majestic website than there. Do not get burned by the fakes.
I ordered 2 shirts on September 15th - one of the shirts arrived within a week, the other remained in limbo. I had to follow up with MLB and it took them until October 12th to reship and there it remains, sitting in a warehouse in Cheektowaga, where according to MLB it HAS to sit for 21 days. That is complete and total lie - if that was the case how did my other shirt get delivered in a week? I have sent constant emails only to get responses where they resend me a tracking # I already have, or a useless $10 credit which I will never use as there is no way on this planet I would ever use this terrible terrible terrible terrible site ever again. I hate this company.
After hitting complete order' the 14.99 shipping fee was listed for standard shipping of one jersey. How is that possible for standard shipping of one item.

I ordered a large order for May 1. I read the shipping info which stated that it would be shipped within 2 business days, I am ordering on April 23, etc. So I order all of my items. I get my Confirmation Email which shows that the items will be delivered from May 4-7. I immediately email the company and state I want a refund as these items are needed by May 1. I get a return email back that they are could not accept the email but to contact customer service. I go online and after a little fiddling around I find were you can have a live chat. I go on, enter all my info and state my request. I connect and it asks you what you want to do, etc. I get all the way to a person or automatic person and give my info. I get kicked out. I try this a few more times with the same result. I wait a few hours and try again. It finally goes through and i get a person who says they will cancel my full order. GREAT! Then I get my confirmation email which shows that 1 item wasn't cancelled. I go back to customer service chat, go through all the steps and they tell me because the order for that item went to the facility to prepare, and i didn't cancel within 10 minutes of the order confirmation, I cannot cancel. This is insane! I am really not happy with this website at all
I ordered a shirt July 5th. It took over 3 weeks to arrive. Opened and realized as soon as I looked that it had an ugly pattern on the shirt hat wasn't apparent in the photos online - online it appeared solid red. I immediately went thru the process to return - oh and read the fine print, it'll cost you $10 to return anything. Received notice 8/1 that my return was received and that "generally within 72 hours, you will receive an update and a refund confirmation will follow". Here 10 days later I had to call to get them to issue the refund. Automated system disconnected me the first time as I was getting transferred to a human. They have a chat option that is "Our Fan Services Chat Team is available 8 AM ET - 9 PM ET, 7 days a week." but it's not - I've tried on multiple weekends, and it's disabled. I can't find an email address so I thought about tweeting them, but their twitter account which they still promote online and in emails stopped producing tweets in 2017. Bottom line, service was a joke. I will never order form these clowns again, MLB can do better and find a different service provider. I told them how poor this experience was - not a care in the world, no apologies.
Attempted 3 separate times to order 2 shirts and a hat from MLB fan shop. 3 separate times my order was cancelled immediately for no reason (card was not declined, address was correct ect). On the second attempt I called customer service if that what you want to call them. They could not give me answer as to why my order was cancelled and said the department that handle this situation was out for the week, sure ok. They gave me a ticket number and said someone would call me within 2-3 days to go over my issue. The next day I went to fanatics.com (sister website btw) and tried again. Same thing. Again not one person could give me an answer. I called on the 3rd day attempted to place a phone order like its a catalog from 1980. Guy says sure here's your conf. Number, 3 seconds later he says "there's is a problem" with your address as coming up fraudulent. Mind you I have order from amazon, best buy, god knows where else without an issue at this address for over 3 years now. He tells me he will speak to his manager... and well nothing. Says I see your ticket number from earlier this week they will call you and I have expedited the ticket now. Well end of business day today and nothing. I fairness the guy helping me was very polite so he gets the 1*, the rest of the MLB webiste gets a fat 0. They manage this website about as well as a sign stealing scandal.
Answer: I would send it back if I were you and demand a refund. Full refund (shipping costs that you paid them too)
