47 days later and I still have not received my item. Customer service is non existent. Generic emails sent in response to my questions I've opened a case with PayPal to get my money back.

Drawn in by web site to order for Mothers day. (thinking will get before M. D) ordered 05/04/20 find out because its a custom order estimated arrival time is 08/06/20... WTF... really called on 05/06/20 only to be told custom orders can not be changed or canceled. WTF>>> really? Your telling me I wont be getting my order for two months and there is no way to cancel order. Response: yes sir its listed on our web site. After review it was on web site in fine print. ME: I understand if my custom order is being worked on or if its been shipped but nothing has been done and I will get nothing for 2 months and certainly not for Mothers Day. Sorry sir. Now I have to purchase a MD gift and maybe give this as a BD gift. I feel once you hit that purchase button your stuck and MLB does not do refunds, exchanges or cancelations. POOR POOR POOR service
After hitting complete order' the 14.99 shipping fee was listed for standard shipping of one jersey. How is that possible for standard shipping of one item.

Attempted 3 separate times to order 2 shirts and a hat from MLB fan shop. 3 separate times my order was cancelled immediately for no reason (card was not declined, address was correct ect). On the second attempt I called customer service if that what you want to call them. They could not give me answer as to why my order was cancelled and said the department that handle this situation was out for the week, sure ok. They gave me a ticket number and said someone would call me within 2-3 days to go over my issue. The next day I went to fanatics.com (sister website btw) and tried again. Same thing. Again not one person could give me an answer. I called on the 3rd day attempted to place a phone order like its a catalog from 1980. Guy says sure here's your conf. Number, 3 seconds later he says "there's is a problem" with your address as coming up fraudulent. Mind you I have order from amazon, best buy, god knows where else without an issue at this address for over 3 years now. He tells me he will speak to his manager... and well nothing. Says I see your ticket number from earlier this week they will call you and I have expedited the ticket now. Well end of business day today and nothing. I fairness the guy helping me was very polite so he gets the 1*, the rest of the MLB webiste gets a fat 0. They manage this website about as well as a sign stealing scandal.

Where did they get the sizes for these hoodies. We ordered 12 of them and by shuffling some around we were able to keep a couple of them. For the most part they were way undersized. Not a happy christmas.
I've ordered stuff on thanksgiving 2019 and it's dec 24th and still no delivery. I'm guessing thy get the stuff from China.
Do not order from here. I placed an order on Dec 9th, including a Christmas present for my husband because it is 2019 and in what universe does it take over 2 weeks to ship a package to Atlanta, GA? Paid $7.99 for standard shipping on a shirt (too much money to ship a shirt) that was estimate to ship on Dec 16 (again- why? That is one week after order; used to companies under-promising and over-delivering), because that should still be more than enough time to ship to any major metropolitan city from any destination. Oh, accept the item didn't ship on Dec 16. Called customer service, all they could tell me is that it didn't ship yet and apologize. Won't let me cancel the order that hasn't shipped yet, and now presumably won't be here in time for Christmas, only who knows because no one can give me any information. Absolutely the worst. This is an era of online purchasing and shipping, and MLB.com has it wrong from start to finish. Will never, ever, ever order from MLB.com again. Should never have in the first place, only I didn't think to look of online reviews, which was my mistake. Learn from it, and don't fall victim to what can only be gross incompetence or predatory selling techniques- or both.
I ordered an item and paid for 3-7 shipping, the site did say it would not be received by 12/24, which a day or two late was fine. Only after submitting my order and payment information did I receive a page and email stating the order would not ship until 1/7 and would not be received until 1/16. Tried to call and sat on hold for 20 minutes before hanging up. Called back next day and the rep told me because it is a drop ship item there was nothing he could do and the customer only has a 30 minute buyers remorse period to cancel. Escalated to a supervisor "Evett" based out of Dallas, Texas who was extremely rude, obviously was having a bad day and spent more time trying to talk over me and educate me about what I didn't know than trying to help me cancel the order. She insisted on us waiting for the item to arrive in January to return it, insteadof cancelling it. After her lecture and condescending attitude she said she'd have to submit a ticket to the manufacturer to cancel it and I should receive an email in 2-3 business days. In no way should this supervisor be in her role, her customer service skills are a joke and this is one of the worst customer experiences I've had with such a well known brand such as the MLB. The rep on the other hand, was overly apologetic and did everything he could, but the service center needs to consider serious retraining or restructuring of it's supervisors and put an emphasis on quality customer service. As someone who runs a call center, I would not entertain that kind of attitude representing my employers brand on any level!
I purchased an item hoping to get it before Christmas, they do not ship it until Jan3! I called the same day to cancel, they will not cancel it. They want me to receive the item to then return it. The call center is in India, you talk to surpervisors and they do not help at all! Never again!
Desmonet was extremely helpful with this process of resolving an issue of a wrong item sent. She was able to efficiently locate the incorrect item and could look up the product based on the product ID in the system. She kept an open line of communication and went above and beyond the level of expected service.
David did an incredible job helping me. His quick responses and knowledge made the process very fast and smooth. I am very satisfied.
I will never order from them! Still waiting for my shipping and delivery. I've contacted the Customer Service immediately after my order because it was very important for me to have an item in a very certain date. They assured me - for an entire week - that my shipping and delivery would be on time. I paid for next day by noon delivery method. Day passed and they don't even ship the item! I will try to find local team shops/vendors..

This is the worst shopping experience I have ever had. Don't buy from them. I ordered a gift. I chose Fed Ex. I thought this meant fast delivery. It doesn't. The fine print said 3-7 days. Customer Service isn't open until noon.
Live Chat isn't live at all. You get a virtual chat. I spent over an hour on this. Dealing with the store, Fed Ex and USPS. All I heard was we cannot. I will never shop there again You shouldn't either
I paid $30 to get my stuff shipped here in A-day and a 1/2. My stuff was still being processed 2 days later this really hurt me for the World Series 2019. If you can't get it here by those 2 days then do not offer it
I received a gift card from a friend a couple years ago and was excited to use it online to purchase my team's gear for the playoffs. After entering the gift card numbers online it immediately told me the card wasn't valid. After a series of calls with the customer service reps I was informed that there was in fact money on the card but they would need to send me a voucher via e-mail. By then the playoffs had already started, I waited a week and received nothing. After reaching out again they told me that mlbshop no longer honors gift cards for my MLB team. WTF? Countless hours on the phone, waiting, never was able to get my teams shirts for the playoffs. Avoid buying ANY product from MLB Shop or anything MLB affiliated if possible. It is all one big scam and needs to be shut down.
Answer: I would send it back if I were you and demand a refund. Full refund (shipping costs that you paid them too)
