Whoever fired those two girls should be fired themselves and they should be ashamed of themselves those girls did the right thing and we need more people like them I will never shop from your company shame on you
They have an image in their site, but yet you can't find it anywhere and don't even waste your time with their live chat, it's completely useless. People they have working is just so in knowledgable of what they're representing. Expect to hear a lot of " I'm sorry, but I cannot provide you with the answer because we don't know" " I'm sorry I don't have an answer for you because they don't tell us anything" shame on you Lululemon… overpricing your products, barely have any products on sale, and if they are on sale, they're still expensive. You guys really care about your customers.
I am so disappointed with LuLuLemon lately, the service I have received has been appalling.
For the amount of money I have spent in the past and the amount I planned on continuing to spend you'd think they would bend over backwards to fix what has gone on. They did the complete opposite. I asked to speak to a manager and they even told me there wasn't one.
At this point, beyond using a gift certificate that I received from a friend, I'm never purchasing LuLuLemon attire again and I will spread the word on my experiences with LuLuLemon to my friends and family to ensure no one buys any certificates for me in the future and hopefully doesn't buy product from them again either.
I have had nothing but issues placing numerous orders the last few days, I've missed discounts for Black Friday and cyber Monday due to the discrepancies.
I am just happy to part ways with this company.
I received my first pair of lululemon leggings for Christmas. After the first wash they pilled up. When I tried to take them back to the store said that you cannot was lululemons with anything else and to buy a sweater shaver. For their cost they are definitely not worth the money and not great quality!
Clothes were excellent. Style, fit and comfort. Now they've gone woke and show fat chicks on their site and in their clothes, makes clothes look ugly. Makes me gag. Plus heard so many men say the same thing re fat chicks in lulu. And they've got androgenous styles instead of the slim and sexy styles they had. What a waste. Bad business move. Who wants to look like a fat or androgenxous chink.
I have found my daughter countless pairs of these and they all have holes in them after very little time. It's an overpriced product of poor quality. On top of that you have to deal with their staff who are arrogant and have attitudes which has escalated with this covid-19 thing as some little brat came up to me to tell me that my mask wasn't done properly and that I had to fix it or get out of the store! This was all set in one sentence. At no point in time does it say under any bylaws that they have the right to do this. I was told this is the company-wide policy so instead of being hired to serve the customers they are being hired to dominate, harass, and police the customers who come into the store with no apologies. Do not shop here
THEY DIDNT ACCEPT MY RETURN (AFTER 2WEEKS OF RECEIPT DATE) AS THEY SAID THEY WERE WORN... LIKE REALLY! AND THE CASHIER WAS EXTREMELY RUDE. I WILL NEVER BUY LULULEMON AGAIN THEY ARE OVER RATED AND OVER PRICED!
I would give a zero review if it was possible! I bought a pair of align for my daughter for Christmas 2020 and now here we are March and they have a hole. Contacted the company snd apparently they don't cover wear and tear, so a $100+ pair of leggings can't hold up to household wear and tear for THREE MONTHS
This amounts to almost $50 a month for wearing these one leggings. I also have three more pairs with holes and we are both fairly easy on our clothes. I will for sure be looking elsewhere for my leggings from now on.
Shame on you lululemon for your terrible customer service!
I purchaes a yoga mat for $120. And it lost it retnetion so it slips when I do my yoga class. I have called cust service and emailed them and they have been telling me for over a month that they r still working on it! I asked if they can just give me a discount and I would buy another and no answer. Everytime I call they tell me we will send u an email by the end if the day. Please try to shop somewhere else. They r too expensive to have such horrible customer service!
I called the store and voicemail is my only option. I get On online chat and they continuously and the session. I called the main customer service line and after 7–8 minutes they hang up on me. I'm not being rude at all. These are young people who are taking vantage of tools being used to assess them.
I saved up all my money to buy align black leggings they got caught on something and ripped I went to the store ab it and she said she can give me 10 dollars for it and that if I want to buy these leggings I need to sit on the couch and not do anything like I am 13 years old and I don't have time to sit on the couch and who buys 100 dollar leggings to sit on the couch! I told her I own almost all my clothes from lululemon and my friend ripped it the same way the same place and they let her extange them. So unfair never buying lululemon again quality sucks so expensive for nothing very unhappy
Tried emailing this company regarding the life time guarantee 2 times in a month, with no reply. Eventually tried texting them, finally got a hold of someone. I told them about my concerns and he said he'd start a return and it sounded like they weren't holding up how they should be. Ended up talking to 4 people in 2 days. Had to regive a lot of info, just to have the last person say the items couldn't be returned. Very time consuming. Lots of time wasted. Poor customer service.
I purchased a gym bag that only lasted a year. I also purchased a pouch that frayed at the zipper and was exchanged. Of the 3 pants that I purchased, 2 pilled very badly after only a few months of wear even through I followed all wash and dry instructions. Given that the products are of such poor quality and the customer service at most of the stores is tragic, I will not be purchasing any more products.
As bad ad I can describe for lululemon's customer service, they are just not care about the customer, never meet their own committment.
Ordered a pair of shorts. Waited 2 weeks. Shorts never came. Called customer service. They have no idea what happened but they did refund my purchase. Ordered same pair of shorts again. Did not recieve my shorts AGAIN! I called customer service and they say the package must have been lost by the carrier. They refund me again. I ordered ANOTHER pair of shorts……let's see if they actually come this time……
I juust tried to exchange a number and they did not do it because it was missing the hygienic plastic. When i bought it didnt have any! The girl treated me like a trash at the park royal location. I paid 140 for something ugly and small and that i can not even exchange. Waste of $$$$$$$
I called b/c I had items to return. With covid going on I got really afraid and haven't been in a store since March. I knew my returns were late. I called customer service and asked if there's an exception. The person would not give a straight answer except to say that No, I can't return by mail and get a credit and I needed to go in a store to return and see if they will give a credit? These items were purchased online, in 2020. I still have them. I'm just really disappointed that I couldn't even get a yes or a no? And that no exceptions were made for a pandemic? Of course I'm too nervous to go in so I'm stuck. Admit that ultimately it's My Fault. I know that! I'm just saying...
Ordered an overpriced jacket for my daughter for Christmas at the Huntsville, AL store. It was too small. When I went to return it, first they said they couldn't take it back because I didn't have the original receipt or the tags, although I had the receipt they emailed to me. Went home, found the tags, went back to the store. After some discussion back and forth, they finally let me return it, but they said they couldn't order another one in a bigger size for me. They said to call other Lululemon stores and see if they had one. I called three stores that did not answer and did not return my call. Terrible customer service!
Today I was at The Ross Park Lululemon and the gal who greeted me assured me that the wearing off of the material on a VERY EXPENSIVE hoody would surely be replaced with a new hoodie. I proceeded to purchase more expensive pants and at the counter the girl was quite rude and refused to change the hoodie( as I purchased more Christmas gifts). She looked up my son's account, never a complainer, and said, " nothing she could do about it unless it was on a seem!" Really?! The item was still in stock and the 100 and some odd dollar hoodie with a material defect was not the stores problem. She told me he may have scrapped it during a fall. Helloo, he's a grown man and does not "rough house " with his friends and he works in an office setting! Or maybe he scrapped it on the pew at mass in the morning! Don't give conflicting information in the store on the same time and day and don't assume he's 12. As a matter of fact I'm returning the said Christmas gifts I purchased.
We went to return a Gift. We told the girl that that is what we were doing
She took the object and from nowhere she said. "Money is back into the credit card." I said that is not what we wanted. It's a gift and I'm giving you a gift receipt therefore I'm expecting a gift card. She said " sorry it's too late. You have to call costumer service and see if they can fix it for you. She should have call and fix her mistake. No intention to do it. We asked for the manager. It was even worse. When I was going to explain what happened. He said,"I heard and there is nothing I can do"
He did not let me talk.
Can you imagine! Now, my mom is supposed to go to the person that gave her the gift, for the money!
It would not happen
Answer: Middle schoolers just "have" to have these. I think they are overpriced and not worth the label.
Answer: Customer Service hours are very limited. Hold time is excessive, and customer resolution is NOT a priority.
