Scam.
May 9, 2020

Ordered in January, delay, delay. Followed up in March and offered a goodwill gesture of 8% discount if I ordered something else! Promised item was still being shipped! Followed in April and requested a refund and promised a refund - would take 10-15 days (sure they charge you quicker than that!). No refund and no further replies in May! Scam.

The shoes fit me very well and I wore them to a prom. When my friends saw the shoes, they asked me where I bought them. I don't want to wear the same shoes as others but I still tell them about shoespie. I have a wedding to attend in August, so I decide to buy another pair of shoes from you.

Horrible shoes

Total scam and the positive reviews out there must be coming with pictures of their shoes they are so happy with. Totally unwearable shoes the proportion are not respected so basically you can t walk nicely with those shoes without looking like a monkey on high heels. The fabric is cheap and they sent me a wrong size. Very Very Very Bad costumers services. I will post my experience in many places i can to really wake up people to stop buying from them and maybe shoespie can get back a conscious and send to their customers' proper shoes for the price they charge.
Stay away from them, save your money they are not cheap for this quality and service. Meli from Paris (i can send you a real video of those shoes as soon as i get home)

I ordered my shoes from Shoespie.com and I have not received any word on the status of my shoes, haven't received them, and no one has responded to any of my email inquiries. I sent another email today and waiting on a reply. If I don't hear anything by tomorrow, I'm opening up a dispute with them and PayPal.

What the "F" I want to curse so bad. The worst ever I ordered a pair of heels on January 14,2019 and got them today February 28th 2019. I paid for express shipping 3-5 days you owe me some of my money back. These heels look like sh**. They look nothing like the picture. I could have gotten a better quality shoe from Payless. You suck and what your doing is fraud and someone should sue you. No communication from customer service. I would send these cheap ugly a** heels back but I am scared I won't get my money. These heels look nothing like the picture... the worst EVERRRR. You got one star because I had to press a number to submit my review. You should get 0 stars. They need to create a 0 rating just for shoespie

If I could give it a -5, I would. The order took about two months and when they came they were cheap and even had glue on them from wehere someone was apparently trying to fix them. I ordered a 10 and they were CLEARLY too big. A refund was impossible as they gave me the run around. I eventually threw them in the trash.

I still love it!

Service is great but unfortunately the shoes I bought were too big to wear! I would include both euro sizing and American sizing to assure greater success for the customer fit and less returns for your sake! I have to return these but I love your selection and am going to return to the site to find some new shoes!

I bought a pair of sandles, they were not cheap, over 60 euros. When they arrived they were tiny and made out of cheap plastic! Absolute garbage.
When I complained they offered me a 13 euro refund, which I was not happy about.
The problem is you have to return the item to CHINA for a full refund by registered and tracked post which cost more than the sandals!
This site is a SCAM!
DON'T use it!

Shoespie are now claiming not to be able to find my order number even though I have sent them a copy of my Paypal receipt with all the details on!
How convienient for them!
You have no come back with this company! Do not waste your money! Please stay away total scam!
I have noticed that all the good reviews for this company are wrote in very bad english as if they have all been made up!

Shoespie offers the most exceptional quality and wide range of styles that I have found online. I have looked for particular styles else where, as I am fond of a thick heel, Shoespie stock shoes and boots I cannot find elsewhere. Shoespie have something for everyone.

Excellent customer service

I have used shoespie.com for over 2 years and they have NEVER disappointed me. I hate filling out these forms but shoespie.com keep me wondering why other companies can't provide service even close to them. Microsoft in the late 80s and early 90s used to have a similar commitment but now they just are another large company sucking consumers dry. Apple has provided me excellent service in recent years and for a large company they are doing pretty good. So, where are they rest of the companies that care about they customers. Thank you.

Shoespie is such a ripoff. I hate shopping with you and your fraudulent company. I have been waiting to get a quality product from you and have not gotten anything. I spent money on shoes I don't even have. I spent money to send them back to you and still lose money in the end because I don't get a full refund? That's fraud and the shoes are not at all what they pose to be on the site. It's only been lies from the day I placed my order. I received the shoes from you in 20 days of ordering and just to let you know, your sizes are incorrect on the website. A size 7 1/2 should never fit like an 8 1/2. I shipped my shoes back to you 25 days ago and you still haven't received them. I find that very hard to believe. I also ordered a pair of beaded anklets that have been "under consultation" since January and have not received them at all. And I see on your website that all of a sudden they are sold out. I want my money back. I've been very patient, but I'm growing tired.

I was sent the wrong order and I want to thanks to your representative Annie for the great job that she did in helping me get my correct order. She made sure that she she replied to all my emails and in a timely manner. Your representative Annie made sure she told me how long it was going to take to process my order, she contacted me when my order was shipped out, she also contacted me when the tracking number was available. She let me when I should be expecting there arrival, and they have arrived. I am very satisfied with her work and all the help that she gave me to make sure I received my correct order. Fraud
May 16, 2019

I ordered shoes and it took me over a month to get them. I asked to cancel the order they stated that it was too late to cancel. Once I received them I contacted them for a return address and no response for two weeks. Then I returned them to the address on the envelope and it has been over a month and they still haven't credited back my account. I emailed them the receipts from me sending them back and no response over $300 down the drain. Do not use them.
