My order #******* which was paid for 2/5/23 never came. Couldnt find my info until just now in a screen shot confirming my order.

This company is a complete fraud. I placed an order back in January. I received the shoes in March. Before opening the box I smelled the loud chemical oder. Then opening the box revealed these extremely cheaply made shoes that look nothing like the photo. I immediately request a full refund. They have a nerve to ask for photos as if they don't know they're purposely ripping customers off. Please stay away from this site and keep your money! You are not getting what's in the pictures. Their product looks nothing like the pic and they are seeing how many people they can fool and keep your money. Please report them!
***My response to Shoespie's reply... Yes I've been in contact via several emails. After sending photos of the item you agreed to refund me after I pay more money to have them shipped back to your company. They already scammed me out of $77.61. Now they want me to pay to ship the plastic horribly made shoes back to them. Now they stopped answering my emails requesting for a pre paid shipping label. Please don't believe them. They are not trying to work with me. They just want money continue to fraud people out of their money!

Horrible experience. 4 months in Transit, damaged pakage, fake publicity, bad leather quality (is not leather)

This company is so bad. My order arrived after over 2 months. Boots were too small. I sent them over 20 emails asking for return address, would always get back general email with no answer. I called them million times, phone always busy. Forgot to say, sent them email with order number, photos, all they asked for and still no answer. Finally i got hold of them on the phone and Marisa/customer service told me somebody will get back to me in 5 hours with return address, i was soooo upset. Went to post office today to return them, return would cost me $38, boots cost me $45. So 3 months later i am stuck with stupid boots of such a poor quality and too small in size. This is crazy, when you are ordering it doesn't say they come from China. Never, NEVER EVER again. Horrible quality, long wait, horrible customer service. I want them to pay for returning this boots and i want my money back. This is unbelievable. I will make sure to spread my voice to as many people and companies i know not to order anything from them. What a rip off. Shame on you shoespie, shame on you.

I paid over 100 euros, they look nice on the picture but when they came I was shocked. The quality is AWFUL, they look like shoes worth 30 euros at the most, definietely not 100 euros!
Sole is made out of very bad quality of black plastic, that does not match the colour of the boots. On the picture they look like made of good quality suede leather, but in reality it is awful and colour is disgusting as well. I post pictures below, I hope you will see what kind of material are they made of.
I bought size 4 UK and the heel is so high that is impossible to walk (shoes for over 100 euros should be comfortable and heel should be adjusted to the size of the shoe, not the same height of heel for each size, that's what cheap shoes are, not ones for over 100 euros!). I have them for a month or so and never wore them. I am still waiting for the company to answer my e-mail. They did not bother so far, but yet they posted me two e-mails advertising other products! It's a disgrace.
I am very very unsatisfied with the overall experience and will never buy from them again!

And obviously I cannot even open a complaint on their page or write a review. Half of the page does not work at all. I was also trying to call them which is impossible also. No surprise. I hope these people will pay for what they do!

My mom received my new bought boots yesterday. She said the boots look very comfy. Perfect for winter. And she was attracted by its unique design style.

Customer service not helpful at all, 2 months I payed and got the item still blocked at "unhold", staff is not helping at all even in chat, I opened a Paypal claim but I was stupid enough to believe the staff that did contacted me PRIVATELY to ask me to remove my claim so my shoes would be sent immediately but worst mistake I did: nothing changed, I should have left the paypal claim opened. DO NOT BUY from them, they are a fraudulent website, they take your money and NEVER send the items. Beware. Is a fraud.

I ordered and paid for the shoes on February 12 2015 and received confirmation of order stating 8-12 business days. 2 weeks later I wrote them to get status of my order and got a response: Thank you for your concern about our products.
Sorry to inform you that we are on holiday of Spring Festival form Feb 14th to March 5th, so does our manufacture, if you can't wait for it, we can refund you, if you can wait, we will start to make your shoes when we back to work, we are sorry for the inconvenience. Have a nice day.

Really? So I told them to send me the shoes. I wrote them back in mid March to get status again and since then have been getting the same copy/paste response that the shoes are "in production" and will be shipped out as soon as they are ready (8-12 business days). It has been over a month and still nothing, only frustrating email responses with empty promises of "will be shipped next week". This company is obviously not legitimate, and the positive reviews seem to be written by someone related to the company, since the English is as broken as it is in their email responses. Last week I gave them one more week to get me the shoes or I would request a refund and post about the horrendous experience I have had with them. If I get the same response from them today, I will be asking for a refund with hopes that I get it. Otherwise, I will dispute the charges with my back and request a charge-back.
