Shoespie is great to work with. Usually I can find marginally better prices somewhere else, but Shoespie has a great shipping & return policy that can't be beat–and they back it up by actually following through. I've always gotten my shipment within just a few days and have had no trouble with returns if I've had to make them. This is a really good internet retailer to buy from.
Shoespie is legit, there is a reason they have so many positive reviews. I ordered 4 pairs of shoes so far from them, and I will continue. I had a question about an order and I actually got a live person on the phone! So rare these days. This is one site I definitely trust.

The customer service, I received was out-st-anding! I dig shoes and my sport shoes were a giddy up. I would refer over and over again. I am very pleased and will shop, using this site again.
I've purchased a few items and only once had to return due to sizing issues. Liked the 'free shipping' until I realized the free ship cost is built into the price of the otherwise costly item. Still, I was never disappointed by the quality of their goods.
Ive had such a horrible experience with shoespie!
I've placed an order more than 3 weeks ago for 3 pairs of shoes and paid extra money for 3-5 day shipping. Thank god I've used PayPal Fort payment because I was being protected. I recived a payment confirmation from PayPal 1 min after Iade the purchase but nothing from shoespie. I've waited 3 days and still did not recive any confirmation for payment, tracking number or even an order ID. I've send so many emails and tried calling ( phone is not working) and no one replied. 5 days later I recived a message from them with my order number, telling me they are preparing my order. I've contacted PayPal right away asking them if im protected in anyway incase it's a scam. I opened a desput with PayPal which means that PayPal has to contact the seller and the seller must respond within 10 days as to any information about the order. How surprising, the following day I recived a message from shoespie ( or should I say a threat) saying " unless you cancel your claim with PayPal we won't ship your products. I responded right away saying once I receive my shoes I'll remove it, not a second before. 10 days went buy and when I've tried logging into my shoespie online account to see the status of my order I found out they've deleted my account! I no longer had an access to my online account with them! I contacted PayPal right away and explained the situation, PayPal confirmed its too fishy admit could be a scam and gave me my money back!

Excellent product lines and super fast shipping. Prices are good, too! I wonder what took me so long to find them? Whatever... I highly recommend giving them a try.

She made sure that she she replied to all my emails and in a timely manner. Your representative Annie made sure she told me how long it was going to take to process my order, she contacted me when my order was shipped out, she also contacted me when the tracking number was available. She let me when I should be expecting there arrival, and they have arrived. I am very satisfied with her work and all the help that she gave me to make sure I received my correct order. I placed my order on 12-1-15 and it's been 3weeks and I haven't receive my package. If anyone ask me I about this site I will let them know that this site is a waste of time and the way shipment is soooooooooo slow people would think it's a fake site. This is a disgrace!!!!!!
