Once I accidentally ordered the wrong size. I immediately, like ten minutes after ordering, called see if I could have the size corrected. They told me that I could not change the order and I would have to send the item back once I got it. I live in Panama and use a forwarding service. I cannot, send back. So I spent money on shoes I could not use or return.

I love the shoes they are soo pretty but I think my 8 year old daughter loves them more than me. In fact as soon as she opened the package and saw them she asked to try them on and claimed they were here's now. Although I can't wear them now due to needing knee surgery as soon as I'm better I WILL definitely be wearing them, if my daughter lets me.

The shoe is a perfect fit although the strap is not perfectly fit/ snug around my legs. It would have been good if they were elastic to clasp the legs. The delivery experience was good as well… it came a day before, in good condition. The shoe is of good quality and very comfortable. The pattern on colour white is top notch.

I ordered 2 pairs of shoes the very cute Alina Black Caviar and the Alina Fuchsia Purple both in a size 9.
I used to sell shoes and I can look at a shoe and tell what size it is. This size 9 is clearly a 7 1/2. They run small and it's so sad because they are a really cute shoe. Please send me a return label so I can send these back.

I had been a customer for years but I just canceled my account. The last 10 pairs of shoes I've bought have been poorly made, extremely uncomfortable, cheap looking, and oddly fitting. And I've had to skip the month many times because the options are either unattractive or sold out. Any time I have given feedback, I've been told that I need to shop the day the new items come out if I want to get my size (common size 7). That's their solution. For me to have a single day of the month to spend my monthly membership. The worst part is that it's not even true. When I shop right away, they still do not have my sizes available. I've had to return a bunch of shoes and at this point it is not worth it at all.

My boots nor the shoes fit this is the 2nd disappointing order. My feet haven't grown. Is it that Just Fab and Shoe Dazzle have different size guides? Are these available in a wide width or a size 12?

Answer: I was a good customer until they treated me so bad by not being a good business. I ordered a pair of boots when they arrived I tried on one boot not both and when I called to let them know I received two left feet they didn't give a damn! If you are looking for good quality for less try Zara or Aldo they stand behind they products and the quality and style of shoes are excellent don't waste your time with Shoe Dazzle they will definitely disappoint you on the end! Answer: Janet is right - call the number and verify and then make sure you don't get charged anyway. Happened to me as well.
Answer: This is a pattern with this company! This also happened to me after I canceled my account when I called they talked me out of it by crediting my account for 1 month then giving me 500 points. Don't fall for it you can find better quality shoes so many other places! Take the credit and run fast and don't look back! They don't deserve our business!
Answer: Until you purchase your first pair of shoes they will not charge you. Once you do you then have till the 5th of each month to skip. If you forget to do this then you will be charged the $39.95 monthly membership fee. If you choose to cancel you have to call CS and they will cancel. The CS is great and the shoes are good For $39.95 the quality is decent! Hope this helps!

You can exchange it for a different size/color, or you may also process a return for a store credit refund that you can use on your next purchase. It will be automatically applied to any VIP-priced item and may not be combined with any other offer, depending on the promo terms.
