Ultimately, not a great experience. The shoe selection is questionable, not worth the price personally. It takes about a month, approximately 24 days, for a delivery. The company ships through FedEx, who often delays package delivery. If they didn't take so long to come in and if the company had a larger selection of diversity in styles, the company would have better feedback from me.
Very dissatisfied with the lack of customer service received when calling in. When asked to speak with a supervisor the lack of knowledge on product and time value was weak, bad customer service on that end as well. It seems that no one there is listening. I canceled my membership and it took 9 weeks to receive refund.

I have been off and on this for years. The quality of the products has always been questionable but the billing practice and customer service just gets worse and worse. Very sneaky company regularly finds ways to trap you and bill your credit card. Not worth it

Great. I only wish that some of the items in my size were available still. The items go pretty fast in size 9-9.5. Shoes run big
I use to like shopping here. But now the shoe selection and styles of shoes are very regular there shoes that you can get from anywhere. Not to mention they are the same old shoes every year. Even though it says what's new, the new stuff looks similar to the old stuff. Just very disappointing.
Shoe dazzle is charging me $49 and I haven't even made a purchase.

I never even received the boots I ordered! They sent them back before they were even delivered! But yet they are still taking out the payments!

Answer: I was a good customer until they treated me so bad by not being a good business. I ordered a pair of boots when they arrived I tried on one boot not both and when I called to let them know I received two left feet they didn't give a damn! If you are looking for good quality for less try Zara or Aldo they stand behind they products and the quality and style of shoes are excellent don't waste your time with Shoe Dazzle they will definitely disappoint you on the end! Answer: This is a pattern with this company! This also happened to me after I canceled my account when I called they talked me out of it by crediting my account for 1 month then giving me 500 points. Don't fall for it you can find better quality shoes so many other places! Take the credit and run fast and don't look back! They don't deserve our business!
Answer: Until you purchase your first pair of shoes they will not charge you. Once you do you then have till the 5th of each month to skip. If you forget to do this then you will be charged the $39.95 monthly membership fee. If you choose to cancel you have to call CS and they will cancel. The CS is great and the shoes are good For $39.95 the quality is decent! Hope this helps!

You can exchange it for a different size/color, or you may also process a return for a store credit refund that you can use on your next purchase. It will be automatically applied to any VIP-priced item and may not be combined with any other offer, depending on the promo terms. You can process and print out your return label online by visiting the order history.
