I never received my order because shoedazzle uses an international delivery company (Canada) that would not allow me to update my address. My delivery was sent to my old address and I was never able to receive, change or return it. $120 just gone because shoedazzle support won't help with my order.
I love the shoes I bought except two pair are to small I need wide so I need return or exchange them but they are pretty look good on! Love them! Shipping was fast too! Very good now we need return 2 pair get right size.

I ordered a pair of sandals and they are way too high. Your picture doesn't show them being that high and I paid almost $50.00 and can not even wear them.

I've been a Shoedazzle customer for years, I always get a notification on the first of every month in my email letting me know that my showroom is ready so I know I have 5 days to skip the month if I don't want the system to charge the monthly credit or buy something in their selection that I like or want to get, always with a good shopping experience, a large selection of shoes especially for all tastes; the customer service has been incredibly good, when I need an exchange I always find an Agent with a good attitude and willing to help, at least it has been my experience throughout all these years.

This rating actually deserves a zero star rating and if it were possible that is exactly what I would rate it. I ordered shoes over a month ago and was sent a totally different pair of shoes in the wrong size. And then told the shoes I actually wanted were out of stock. I think this is insane and not to mention a huge inconvenience.

Bought the shoes for a special occasion. We're supposed to arrive 3 days before said occasion. They were finally delivered 1 week after. The shoes themselves are stylish and comfortable.

Size 8/12 boots in a size 11box, other than that everything has been a great fit. I had to give 2 pair away as I waited too long for send back, straps are too tight. But I do like the shoes and I will be ordering another pair of boots hopefully they will arrive in my size.

I ordered sandals for my birthday a size larger just because I get swelling and have wide feet. Received the shoes right in time the plastic strap across the top was tight and uncomfortable, the ones around the leg were adjustable but the one across the top of the foot was plastic and tight. So I gave them to my daughter to save the hassle of returning them and decided to cancel because it's easier to go to a store for shoes that way I can try them on before buying them. The customer service representative was not understanding and almost forceful on making me keep the membership I said I am not going to pay monthly for something I am not gonna use. He offered discounts etc. I just didn't feel good paying almost 50 dollars a month when I would never use it or if I did it would be gift purpose and still not worth a membership.

Answer: I was a good customer until they treated me so bad by not being a good business. I ordered a pair of boots when they arrived I tried on one boot not both and when I called to let them know I received two left feet they didn't give a damn! If you are looking for good quality for less try Zara or Aldo they stand behind they products and the quality and style of shoes are excellent don't waste your time with Shoe Dazzle they will definitely disappoint you on the end! Answer: Janet is right - call the number and verify and then make sure you don't get charged anyway. Happened to me as well.
Answer: This is a pattern with this company! This also happened to me after I canceled my account when I called they talked me out of it by crediting my account for 1 month then giving me 500 points. Don't fall for it you can find better quality shoes so many other places! Take the credit and run fast and don't look back! They don't deserve our business!
Answer: Until you purchase your first pair of shoes they will not charge you. Once you do you then have till the 5th of each month to skip. If you forget to do this then you will be charged the $39.95 monthly membership fee. If you choose to cancel you have to call CS and they will cancel. The CS is great and the shoes are good For $39.95 the quality is decent! Hope this helps!

It will be automatically applied to any VIP-priced item and may not be combined with any other offer, depending on the promo terms.
